Excellent customer service. The friendly and helpful staff here make the stay worthwhile. This hotel is a refreshing change from the large chains by making you truly feel at home.
Stayed one night. Asked for and received a quiet upstairs corner room. It was very clean and spacious. The staff was very nice. The breakfast had fresh bagels, fresh fruit, yogurt, and granola. Just perfect. Had a delicious pizza at the restaurant. Good location, good price-will stay there again.
Staff was very friendly, clean and spacious rooms. Nice breakfast too. A word of warning though, do not, do not eat at the sports bar that shares the parking lot. Service was atrocious my group of five walked in were left standing for 5 minutes before being seated. two other groups came in directly after us they were given drinks and their orders were taken and we were left unattended. We left and went across the street to Friendly's and received excellent service.
We absolutely loved our stay here! The room was very clean, bathroom very clean! The sheets and bedding felt very clean! All of the workers there were super friendly! Only thing we didn’t like was the fact the breakfast is very slim, bagels, toast, oatmeal with no microwave, & cereal! We ate there one morning but then we just went out for breakfast the next couple of mornings. But for the price and cleanliness it was definitely worth the stay and we will stay there again!
Great stay for the price. Clean. Very friendly staff. Freshly popped popcorn in the lobby. Hold onto your hat - the decor is VERY country. For a budget hotel, this is a nice one. .
I stayed here with my granddaughter and her mother for one night. Continental Breakfast was okay, room was outdated. Size of the room was okay, bathroom seemed to have been updated and clean, but the room had an odd smell. I think it was the air conditioner. We smelled it as soon as we walked in. Beds were not very comfortable, they need to upgrade that and the style in the rooms. I know it is a country inn, but even that needed to be updated. Liked they had a large fridge in the room. Probably wouldn't stay again. One nice feature they have popcorn in the afternoon and always have water and coffee/tea available in the lobby. Pool looked decent but not there long enough to use.
Loved this place, county feel, priced right. Beds were ok for a hotel, everything was very clean, I have allergy attacks when ever we stay in any hotel but not this one and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely come back. BEST CHEESE CAKE EVER.
Our church group stayed three nights at this hotel and we loved it. It was very spacious and clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast buffet next door was the best food I have ever had on a trip. It was so nice to be served my coffee in a china cup instead of paper. We had a delightful English server named Linda. She deserves an A++ for making our morning meals so enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again when traveling to Lancaster and recommend it to my friends.
We had an amazing stay! The hotel is very quaint with nice rooms, comfy beds and cute decor. We chose to have a balcony and there's two rocking chairs out there, making a nice atmosphere for drinking morning coffee! The continental breakfast has more then enough options to fuel your day. Next year we will definitely be staying here!
Service was great. Breakfast was too simple. No cooked food. Carpet in rooms were ugly but clean. Overall it was a good hotel.
Family friendly hotel right in the heart of the Lancaster tourist area. Near a lot of restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay again when visiting. Breakfast was good, pool was nice, rooms were old fashioned but very clean.
Clean rooms. Quiet Place with Great Guest caring. Nice terrace chairs for sun set time relax. Will be back soon.
Very accommodating at a last minute walk in. Staff is very professional as well as personable. Rooms are immaculate and have a warm, inviting, country home feel to it. Highly recommend anyone to stay.
The NOISIEST hotel I've stayed at in a long time (and I stay at hotels frequently.). There is simply no soundproofing at all. Even the door has a giant crack under it -- how can you keep hallway sound out with that?! (and doesn't that violate fire code?) Definitely won't stay here ever again.
