Overall room layout and amenities were a little older but comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast selection, and the in-room kitchen was well maintained and modern.

The staff was courteous and professional. Our room was clean and spacious. Would of given the hotel a 5 star but bathroom sink did no drain properly and room needs TLC.

Clean & friendly, great for 1 or 2 night stay but lacking for long term stays (for months). There is only 1 small sitting area outside off of the dinning room, this hotel is 5 stories & sits on 2 1/2 to 3 acres; you would think they'd have benches all over the yard area to sit on. The parking lot is the other thing, there isn't enough parking spots for rooms ratios; so if you work 2 or 3 shift you will end up parking on the grass some where around the parking lot.

Staff was fantastic!!! Checked in Saturday and desk manager Joseph I think his name was (sat around 5 on 10/28/17) was the best host Ive ever encountered!!. Place is nice.cleanwell run.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Indoor pool area was really nice for the kids and their breakfast buffet was very good. Overall, I would say we had a great experience there.

The happy hour/dinners are so cute during the week! Saved us a decent amount of money feeding our big family! Only problem: way too many animals, not really the fault of the hotel. I grosses me out just a bit but we had a great time.

I had a great experience at this hotel. Upon checking in I was greeted a warm hearted welcome from two front desk reps. My check in time was quick and easy 5 minutes at the most. Being from Cleveland I didn't know what to expect or what even to do in the area the two reps gave me a bunch of guides with fun attractions which was very nice. Also there was free dinner and breakfast, a full course dinner and breakfast. which was super great for me because I had a family of five that save a lot of money. also the rooms have a fully equipped kitchen which was also a plus. Everything was clean, room, tub, pool, bed etc. I have no complaints if I ever came back I would defiantly stay here again.

Stayed here while traveling for work and I'll say this is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. The room is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, as well as utensils, glasses, plates etc. All the employees have been friendly and courteous. I'd definitely stay here again!

My work put me up in this hotel for training and I am not disappointed. The concierge was knowledgeable and willing to assist. I arrived on complimentary fajita and wine night. It was fate! Also, the bed is incredibly comfortable, shower was warm and the food was great

Stayed here for 3 nights for business. Very comfortable and quiet rooms. Good pressure and hot water in the shower although the bathroom sink had very poor pressure and the drain kept backing up. Rooms have a small upright fridge with separate freezer which was very useful for leftovers and keeping drinks cold. I would stay here again.

Nice clean room. Two minor complaints. Bed was not the most comfortable and they need darker curtains. We were on side facing a parking lot complex and the lights there kept our room bright. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was great. I'd stay again but on other side of the hotel.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! Everything was great! I will be back and look for Stay Bridge Hotels when I travel to other places. Thank you for your part in making our family vacation great!

I was staying with someone I was helping. The rooms were very nice. Had a stove and coffee pot. There was a social with great food. We also had complimentary breakfast in the morning. Nicest place I have ever stayed.
