Fairly standard hotel, but with a few extra features that set it apart from other hotels of the same class. Inside, there's two pools (one main pool and a water park themed pool with a slide for kids), a hot tub, a 24 hour fitness room, and a great restaurant that has a breakfast buffet (although it isn't included with your stay and does cost extra). Overall, I'd reccomend this hotel.

The room is very comfortable with plenty of lights, spacious bathroom, nice TV, and more than enough pillows and bedding. The air HVAC is a little noisy as is the refrigerator, and there is no microwave in the room unfortunately if you want to reheat some leftovers. The staff were all very polite and helpful and quick to respond to any needs. The hotel itself is rather elegant and the decor for the holidays including the outdoor landscaping and lighting were very well done. The pool and hot tub were both very nicely cared for and aside from some dated and poorly-functioning arcade games, there are still enough options to keep kids entertained.

The hotel rooms were nice. The water park was closed and my children were looking forward to that. We asked for a wake-up call we never received. We also put the breakfast order on the door for the next morning and it was never picked up. There's not much around the hotel. No Starbucks within 5 miles. Only had coffee in the lobby, no hot tea. The restaurant was decent.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The pool is great. The cafe staff is great. When we ordered room service our fries were cold. The fish sandwich and burger were amazing. When we were leaving the maintenance truck was parked at the front entrance and as we began to drive to leave another maintenance pickup truck just literally parked in front of us and blocked the exit. We had to go in reverse and exit through the entrance. The Lady that was driving was just rude.

Located about 15 mins from Dutch Wonderland. This was a fantastic place to stay overnight. Staff was friendly. The room smelled a but mildewy, but we loved the free chocolate chip cookies! Also, we had vouchers for buffet breakfast, which was delicious!

I attended a EMS conference here for two days the place is gorgeous the staff was very pleasant and accommodating the bathrooms were always clean and stocked I missed out on the stay due to registering late for the event and the house was full :) but I understand why! I hope they hub this event next year so I have the change to stay would definitely stay here when visiting Lancaster!

Good location with other shopping nearby. Rooms are comfortable and the food is very good. My co-worker and I shared a suite and both felt we had a good amount of space. There is a mini fridge in the room which was handy, no in-room microwave but there is a common one down the hall. All in all we are very happy our company schedules our workshops here!

Just back from another stay at this hotel. We have been coming here since when it was just the Willow Valley resort. Clean spacious rooms. The water park is fantastic for kids. It's location is great for hitting the local tourist attractions. Good value for the money. The only thing a bit off is the food. It's not bad but it is nothing special. There are a ton of other places in the area to eat. I'd suggest checking those out instead.

We booked 2 rooms at the Double Tree. My inlaws stayed in their own room. My family of 4 stayed in the other room. We had a wonderful time. The grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed the pond and playground area as well as the indoor pool. I would highly recommend this hotel to a family looming to entertain kids. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel has lots to keep kids busy. We had a great time and plan on returning again. Thanks

Our room was a good size. Beds were clean and comfortable. In room Jacuzzi worked great. Took our 5 year old daughter to the kiddie pool area and she loved it. Water was warm. Staff was all friendly. They do host weddings that can be heard from your rooms if you have an interior room on the first 3 floors.

We had a family dinner at Double Tree Resorts in Lancaster, PA. for my son's college graduation on Saturday. The food was very good, but the service was even better. Our wait staff was outstanding. They were friendly and very knowledgeable about the food. They were able to answer any questions and steered us all in the right direction. The drinks were good. Everything came in a timely manor, was the correct temperature. The crab cakes were great, especially for PA. We were all very pleased with our meals and we had a great time. Can't wait to go back.

Attended a conference which was really good. The hotel staff didn't provide tables for the conference until half way through. The temperature of the rooms were rather chilly. The food in the cafe was excellent.

I was there with my daughter , grand daughter and 2 great grand daughters. It was close to the Sight and Sound Theater we were there to see. We had a great room and the staff was exceptional. The pool was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. We will stay there again .

Rooms are clean and a good size. The pool area is great for kids. Note: kids under 44" can not use the large water slide. There are family activities on the weekend. Kids 5 and under eat the breakfast buffett for free. The hotel is close to downtown and many restaurants and attractions.
