Good:
- Breakfast
The eggs and toast tasted great! It was a good way to wake up and start the day in Harrisburg!
- Room
The room had a nice view of the interstate, which I DO like, but others may not. Of course, we were on the ground floor.
Bad:
- Service
When we checked in, the lady at the desk was very rude. I could hear her cussing over the phone. We went to go to our room and she yelled at us because she thought we took one of her pens, even though there wasn't even a pen jar. The room service on the first day came into our room at 7:30 in the morning, before we were even awake. The next day, they gave us towels and pillows, but didn't make our beds or anything. There was a sticky note with a >:( face on it for god knows what reason.

Over all, the hotel is tolerable, but I wouldn't go again. Probably Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn.

We usually like Country Inn and Suites but this one disappointed. The eggs were cold for breakfast, the bathroom was dirty, and the cleaning crew was knocking on our door at 9AM on the weekend.

The hotel was nice, staff was polite! Room was clean and comfortable! There breakfast was good, and it was located nice and close to the highway so easy to get to.

I was in a room with a king sized bed on the lower level. The room was spacious and the ceiling was high, so the room didn't feel crowded. There was a desk and an armchair and a TV on a dresser and the king sized bed. The pillows were full and comfortable. The bathroom had a shower, the floor of which was just a part of the bathroom floor. I do like tubs, but I'm sure it was more hygienic. There was a fold up handicapped seat in the shower. The sink was small, not big enough to put any toillettries on. Breakfast was not served until 7am on Sunday morning, but several of us were there for a tournament and asked the front desk if they could at least put something out at 6 or 6:30 so that the kids could eat before they had to leave for their early game. They said they were going to ask their "breakfast guy" but when I called later to ask if there would be breakfast, they said they couldn't get ahold of him to ask. Very disappointing they couldn't at least put cereal and fruit out to accommodate their guests. They do have a tea and coffee station in the lobby with cimplementary cookies. They also have an indoor heated pool, which is about 3-4 feet deep, and a hottub next to it. They have a small fitness center with 1 elliptical, 2 treadmills and a small weight machine. For whatever reason, my key cards (even though they worked for my room) often had difficulty working to open the back door for the lower level my room was on, so I'd have to walk all the way around to the front and then down the stairs or elevator to get to my room.

Not bad. Breakfast decent. A/C nice and cold. Lighting in room poor. No suitcase stand. Hot tub by pool wreaked of chemicals and burns your eyes 👀. For the pool guy.

The hotel is relatively close to Hersheypark. The rooms are pretty dated and the beds are hard as concrete. The toilet in the room is so low to the ground that it's hard to get off of it! The pool was open until midnight which was a plus but the pool was littered with used towels and no clean/dry towels were available. When we asked the front desk (about 11:30 pm on 8/10) the man at the desk rudely replied, NO, THE POOL IS CLOSED. The pool was NOT closed and he refused to get us towels. There was a staff member nice enough to get some towels for us. You can also hear the expressway from the rooms.

The price is right the location is great.
The guy at the front desk is always helpful. The night front desk is a hit or miss.

Excellent value for the price. Room was tidy and clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.

Giving 4 stars because I had to track down the kitchen staff to ask for syrup at breakfast (which I ended up getting for myself from under the bar when I couldn't the staff) and then again because the water machine was out and there were no water bottles or pitchers of water. Breakfast was ok. I would have liked fewer options done better rather than many options done just ok.
