Good hotel in the Chambersburg area. Seems to be a new hotel built in the last few years. Breakfast is your typical free breakfast not that great but serves the purpose of you want the basics. Staff were extremely accommodating throughout the stay as we made several requests and they were very good to us the whole time. my biggest complaint is the access to the wifi was extremely bad. I realize the hotel industry wants to make money off a higher speed internet but in this day and age a guests experience is impacted by their ability to get access to the outside world. Needs some improvement. Overall the stay was fine and would consider returning.

Pool and hot tub were nice. Bed was ok at first but painful when woke up and the tub in the room was half falling apart. Would do if u needed a place but not worth the 150 per night!

At this very time I am waiting another statue first night was a bit rough but this hotel is beautiful there is a hot tub and pool nice rooms complimentary breakfast and cookies and nice staff!! I always love staying here after my revisit I will update hopefully to a 5 star rating !!

The room was dirty dust everywhere sheets not clean. Stayed two nights went out during the day came back to the not clean. Went to front desk and the girl stated housekeeping said they cleaned it. She was nice and apologetic and had some come try and help. Second time we stayed at the a Country Inn and Suites and the room was not cleaned. Never again. Breakfast was mediocre at best no thought put in it. Been to other hotels which mimic better breakfast.

Stayed for a week. On a positive note, it was very quiet even though it is close to the highway. The people working the front desk are very friendly and helpful if you need anything. The breakfast is your normal waffles, cereal, eggs etc. but seems hot and fresh. On the downside, unfortunately my room was not the cleanest :( the toilet has mold under the rim, and the shower does as well. When I arrived there were toenail clippings on the floor which really disgusted me. They are still there even as I will be checking out soon, which leads me to believe housekeeping didn’t vacuum. The air conditioner vent is full of dust and hasn’t been cleaned in weeks or possibly even months perhaps the reason I am coughing and can’t breathe very well when I am in the room. A decent weeks stay, but there are plenty of other options around and in the same price range, so next time I visit the area I will give one of those a try and hope for a better outcome.

Nice hotel, but my shower curtain won't stay closed because the bar is just barely still affixed to the wall. Other than that, great.

Clean, comfortable and spacious! Landed here driving through Chambersburg and so far on our week-long trip this has been the best room. Clean bathroom, floors, plenty of outlets for charging our goods and a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot! The pool was clean and nice too.

We stay here several times a year when visiting relatives in the area or touring Gettysburg battle field. Currently going through a remodeling phase. Breakfast area is completed and functions better then previously. Many of the rooms have been redone. Ours now had a wall thermostat controlling the room HVAC, which made for more consistent temperature. Room clean, bed linens clean; bathroom clean with no suprises. Only problem was the tub plug would not stay down. Slight smell of paint, but not an issue. Check in & out seamless. New reservation answering system for the location needs some training of staff to return call in a timely manner. Recommend for a good night's sleep, even with several youth baseball teams in residence.

The room was nice with comfortable mattress. The bathroom was nicely equipped, with a great shower. The staff at check in and out was very friendly and very accommodating. Parking was very nice, with many slots near the entrance. Overall an excellent experience.

I really enjoyed the spa and pool because it had a shallow enough end for my littlest brother and a not-too-deep end for myself. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of places to charge my phone so I felt in good hands.

If i could give this hotel more stars i would! This is one of the most accomodating hotels i have ever stayed in. The staff members are very polite and informative. Hotel is almost done being renovated so most things are new and in great condition. Although i didnt get to eat the breakfast every day i can say it is one of the greatest free hotel breakfasts i have had. Being in the customer service industry i can see that this place has great management as the employees will do anything to keep their guest's happy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
