My family has went here for years. For convenience of location and for Insurance purposes. A couple of my kids have got braces done with them, we've all had routine cleanings.
Front desk staff is one of the rudest. Other staff is hit or miss. Some days they can be nice and others they can be totally rude. There is not always communication and understanding between the staff.
But what infuriates me the most is that they have treated my son for braces for 'YEARS''. He has not cooperated with wearing rubber bands, now he's no longer eligible for insurance under my plan. I asked to have them removed and a retainer put in and they are refusing a retainer! Seriously?! I'm paying for this and you're refusing? This seems ridiculous! I wouldn't recommend this as I've paid for years of service and now they want to undo all the years of revenue by allowing his teeth to shift back

I am not going back to this place, they messed up my partial. I'm no happy with it, the dentist are not always available, all they care is how many patient they're gonna get. It's always the technician is pretty much will take of you, not the dentist.i am not recommending this place.

Dr Sapp and Dr Ghiassi do beautiful dentistry and their hygienists are wonderful. The staff is nice and down to earth. best dental office in the area.Check it out!

Dr. Sapp is a caring, meticulous dentist. My smile is perfect now after a year of braces and veneers and other deferred mouth maintenance. I never believed I could have such a beautiful smile. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Sapp and his professional staff too all of my family, neighbors and friends.

Dr. Sapp and his staff are fantastic! They treat you like family and make the whole experience wonderful. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable but also has a great personality and will explain all treatment needed and answer any questions.
