Yes, yes, yes! Superb stay. Great location. Great facility. What was even better was the great customer service! Special thanks to Natasha at the front desk for making our stay seem like being at home.

The rooms are perfect. Customer service is great. Breakfast and dinner are the best out of any hotel I've stayed and I live on the road. There is also a putting tee and grills in the back. A great home away from home.

I was greeted by a most courteous, personable and welcoming front desk clerk. My suite was spotlessly clean, with ample accommodations and very comfortable beds. The common areas were equally clean and well maintained. There was easy access to the Freeway and the parking lot was secure and well lit at night. I enjoyed my stay and found the Albuquerque Airport Staybridge Staybridge Suites to be a very well operated and managed hotel as has been my expectations of Staybridge hotels as a Spire member having averaged 175 night stays per year.

Absolutely loved staying here! Super helpful staff! Always smiling, and greeting! Provided dinners three days a week and also breakfast everyday. They also shuttled my family to the airport! Great service!

Pretty typical airport hotel experience. Rooms are spacious and would be good for a week-long stay. Not much to do in the area, but the hotel itself is fine.

Our stay was amazing.. The Social Hour last night had amazing food the service was unbelievable. The rooms were very clean the beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast this morning was delicious eggs sausage, sausage gravy and biscuits fresh fruit, muffins. Will definitely be staying there again.

Hotel is in great condition very close to the airport. There's a free shuttle to the airport and five mile radius of the hotel. Hotel has free weights and fitness center, pretty fast internet, and full hot breakfast. Several times a week they also bring in a chef for a free guest dinner.

Excellent hotel! It is conveniently located, spacious rooms, well kept, and the staff here are wonderful. They have social night Mon-Wed and they serve dinner. Their pool and spa are well maintained and they just bought new pool furniture. The even have a small putt putt area :) We stayed here close to a month and it was great! I highly recommend staying here whether it's a short stay or a long one ;0)

Nice hotel. Close to airport and they have a free shuttle. Good free breakfast every morning and free dinner on the weeknights. They have a theater in the lobby and you can get movies from the front desk. Full kitchens in the room along with cooking utensils.

Staff was very friendly, rooms are very nice plus they have a social on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday which turns out to be your dinner. Also a very nice hot breakfast in the morning, all included in your room rate. Will continue to use this location in Albuquerque.

Staff at desk very unfriendly. Saving grace is there kitchen staff, food was good. The fire alarm went off at 2 a.m. no apologies from staff! Found out it was a prank caused by military folks staying her.

This Hotel is in a high crime area. The second night our truck and several others were broken into. We approached the front desk about this and they commented something like "oh that hasn't happened in a few weeks". It would have been nice to know this when we checked in. Also there are no security cameras outside, despite this being a common occurrence there.
Room was nice, above average for cleanliness and amenities. The food was also above average. Laundry facility is very small for an extended stay hotel and always busy. Overall a nice hotel in a bad area with poor security.response / report this review
