We were just passing through late at night and needed a place to sleep. They let us boom a room and they were nice. The room was nothing special but it was clean and the things in the room worked.

Ok room. Good amount of space, comfy bed and hot breakfast. Very close to Balloon Fiesta. Only get 2 tired bath towels per day and had to schlep bags up a flight of stairs. Convenient location right off RT 25 - pretty quiet though.

Clearly, the remodel is a few years old. But what I enjoyed so much about spending a night in room 115 are the friendly people.

There were no wheelchair accessible rooms available but 115 was spacious enough. One of the employees carried my bags to the room. The front desk was great and the breakfast couldn't be better with a very nice breakfast lady.

The two double beds were super comfortable, some of the best hotel mattresses I've ever slept on. The Priceline deal was great, a little under 60 including taxes.

In the morning the pool wasn't open till 11 for cleanup, but the kind maintenance man let my bf and I swim anyway. That was much appreciated, as I'm in a lot of pain and a pool helps. The water was perfectly heated temperature.

There's a little fridge and microwave, shampoo etc in the room, what more can a human being want? Even if it was a one night stay cation it felt like we were on holiday for a week. All in all, a great place, convenient location and friendly staff.

This is a very good basic hotel! Our room was well lit, the linens were clean, and this hotel would accommodate a family on a road trip nicely; in fact, its location is very good for that, near two highways. I was happy to find both a pool and mini fridge. If you stay, bring popcorn for the microwave.

Great location right off the freeway. Stayed here one night on our way to Texas and one night on our way home. The first night definitely had the better/cleaner looking room, but the employee the second visit was nicer than the first one. Continental breakfast is okay, has the usual Oatmeal, toast, yogurt etc. Great room for the price. Would probably stay here again.

Clean room, friendly staff, and comfy bed. Honestly, the stay was not perfect. They were having some issues with their key maker that delayed check-in and they had to help us get in the room. However, the customer service was outstanding! They quickly helped us and answered any questions we had. They also helped us find great food nearby. Once in the room, everything was great. Breakfast was also very good with a decent variety of hot and cold foods.

We had a booking issue and needed to switch rooms once we had arrived. The front desk was friendly and went out of their way to make the accommodation. The room was also clean and fairly updated. The breakfast bar had a variety of eggs, sausages, cereal,
and pastries. I would stay here again on my next trip.

Clean, comfy rooms. All the office staff is nice, the breakfast bar is great. The only thing I didn't like was the men who are staying there for an extended time. We were placed right next to them and the whole night you could hear the door opening and shutting. Hear them laughing outside and drinking. It was an uncomfortable experience. I did not sleep good although the bed was comfy.

It was nice and humble. Beds were very cushiony and the room was kept cold. Restroom was clean. Just the lack of elevators was annoying. However, it was a nice place to stay.

When we came, there were men loitering in the parking lot and staying at us. Then our room door didn't close properly; you had to slam it to get it to stay shut. A couple doors down, some people started having this loud party with beer and music. We decided to leave and find a different hotel that night. When we came to check out the next morning, guests were weeping at breakfast. Turns out that multiple rooms had been robbed and several cars in the parking lot had been stolen. The police showed up shortly thereafter, and it was a terrible situation for those poor people. Grateful that we paid more money to find somewhere SAFE.
