  We purchase a cruise for June 2020 that we paid for entirely; Costa cancelled the cruise due to COVID and we have not gotten our money back (we got just a small deposit, but we did not get the majority of the refund back). We contacted them numerous times (also via American Discount Cruises) with no luck. Such a fraud and disappointment!

  I cancelled my cruise on Mar 2 due to COVID and was charged 25% (599.50). I was given a receipt from Vacations to Go showing that I was getting over 1900.00 refund. It is now July 4th and I have received NOTHING. I also asked for the penalty to be refunded as the.cruise scheduled for May 5 on Costa Victoria was cancelled. I WANT ALL money I paid refunded. I will NEVER book a cruise.on Costa if this is how they treat their customers.

  Don’t waste your money! The worst cruise line ever!!! Can’t wait when I will come back to Miami! This cruise line should be removed from USA!!!! Not for Americans!

  Good morning!
  The experience was terrible.. The food is base in bread and sweets..never late night choices like coffee ice cream ,only 1 show and dance all time.nothing like Royal Canadian Cruises..Front desk agent Andres Lai is the person more incompetent, not customers service not right person to be in front desk. In other side hskp Altair awesome great help..is always an angel. Entertainment need better staff.we stop next to another cruise was the only way to watch a film.the big screen was only promotion no films come on in Red box is a $1. Please don't be so cheap Costa Cruises .I beat you not long business in U.S.A. we desire better vacations.

  To Whom is may concern,
  
  How is it that a company today is conducting business with such a malfunctioning website? I have tried to book a cruise on the website and nothing works. I can see all of the details but that's all. I tried to request more information. And that page doesn't work because of very simply website setting.
  
  If you can't run a simple website page that has only the most basic data entry fields, how can you effectively run a cruise ship or a company?
  
  There are 2 simple errors that prevent me from leaving my contact info to book a cruise. I guess you really don't care to talk to me. The birth month selection only allows me to select the month word. The error says I need to enter a 2 digit numeric month. Then the country I select is not recognized.
  
  Please find someone more competent to set up your website. Let me know when you figure it out and maybe I will book a cruise.
