Prices are great, hard to beat, but I experienced some unethical practices when just purchasing flea treatment for my cat. The worker who was handling my purchase purposely charged me more by not subtracting the weight of my carrier (she was the one who said it'd be fine to not take my cat out and that she'd subtract the weight) and purposely charged me more for a different treatment because we had previously been friends and then ended our friendship. She then bragged about how she made me spend more money to one of my other friends.

I just had my dog Neutered and experienced the new Vet Dr. Gretchen as she goes by. I have never had an issue with Dr. Breuker or Dr. Russel in the past. They are always super friendly and call and let me know before I pick up my animal how it well and how he/she is doing. Yesterday I went in and the front desk told me about my dog. I was just disappointed that after spending almost $300 the vet didn't even speak to me beforehand or when I got there. I will continue going there I just know what vet to request and what vet not to request in the future. I love the small town atmosphere and the love they have for animals.

Love the entire staff here. My Beagle actually whines if we go by and he cant go in so they gotta be doing something right!

We have used Fremont Animal Hospital for over 25 years. Our pets are just like our kids. When they are sick or hurt, I want someone who will care and comfort our loved ones. Fremont Animal Hospital goes above just routine care. They take time to listen to questions and concerns you may have. They take time to educate on the latest improvements in animal medicine. Through the years we have had our share of pet emergencies; quills, horse kicks, hit by car which caused a leg amputation, bone cancer to name a few. In each instance, Fremont Animal Hospital has given our pets the best of care and love. I have recommended Fremont Animal Hospital to all that have asked.

They are so nice and take very good care of animals. They even do emergency appointments after hours. I won't take my dogs any where else.

When our cat suffered a terrible leg injury, we called Shelby telling them it was an emergency and were told they'd "try" to see him, but we'd have to wait until their regular appointments had been in. After sharing some choice words about their customer service, we called Fremont Animal Hospital who said of course we should come in immediately and they'd do all they could. Dr Breuker and her staff were amazing. They dropped everything and mobilized to give kitty amazing care. Thanks to them his leg was saved. Later we brought our new pup to be fixed and the surgery was smooth and puppy barely noticed. They're great people, conscientious doctors, and their prices are good. Highly recommend!

I have gone to FAH for 14 years and the trust I have for Dr. Russell and my animals is the same for my doctor with my family and I. Prime example is I have a papillion mix whom swallowed a peice of rope from a rope toy. It knotted up in her intestinal area causing near death. Dr. Russell removed 18" of her small intestine. The staff showed great concern and compassion. Shelly, thank you for singing to her. Molly is doing great several years later. Highly recommended.
