We recently purchased a CX-5 at Cory Fairbanks Mazda. Our sales rep was Kevin (K2) Allard. Great experience. We live in Orlando and usually end up driving around quite a bit to find a good vehicle, but these guys were straight up, honest, and responsive. Saved us a lot of time and we got a great vehicle at a great price. Zoom Zoom? Indeed.

😃Our salesman Igor was personable and not pushy. Very helpful as well.
😃 Restroom is clean
😃 New cars smell so nice
😃The cat “Mazda” is 😎 cool
😡They push the extended warranty “GAP” protection and “Ultimate Titanium Protection Plan” very hard. Had to reject him several times. I understand there is value to the plan. However I shouldn’t have to reject more than one time. He literally spent 10 minutes on this.
😐 Building and lot are dated. Could use a nice refresh.

This dealership was too notch! Marlon Seminario went above and beyond to make sure I purchase the right car I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what so ever. After I decided on a car the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend this dealership (Marlon in particular) to anyone who is looking for a great vehicle.

He not only provided my family with options, he insured that we made the right choice based on our needs. He was cheerful, friendly, courteous, and an all around people person. I am writing this because I know most people are quick to criticize; and really slow to compliment. Businesses that strive for "satisfied" customersGO NOWHERE. A "customer for life" has to have a real reason to be loyal to a company or a brand. As I entered your dealership; I put on my armor & braced myself for battle as I expected the usual "routine" when I walked through those doors.
EGAD : was I wrong!! You guys have broken the mold. It's a compliment to say that if I were still running a business; I would "steal" the sales rep Jose Ramos! He was attentive; quick; no nonsense; and genuine. I would also recruit The Shop Foreman Lloyd; in a minute. Nobody acted like I was a bother or an inconvenience The dealership Mgr.. was a "10" ; the Used car Mgr was a "10" Everyone was genuinely interested in my business & earned it. I am a believer! I really am thrilled with my purchase; my price; AND my treatment.

I LOVED THIS DEALERSHIP! Words cannot express how wonderful David & Edwin were. Not only did I walk out of the dealership with the car that I wanted WITH the luxury of a sunroof, this entire company & their staff treated me with so much respect! I let David know what I was looking for, what I could do & could not do & he made it work! Edwin too! Edwin took the time in speaking with my parents & making sure they felt part of process & when we did the test drive, I never felt pressured to actually purchase the car. Beth was extremely pleasant in showing me the features of my car as we closed the deal & even let me hug her! & finally, Stan! He was so calm & collected as we spoke of the extended warranties & he patiently gave me several different options, never rushing me or making me feel any negativity. I am absolutely thrilled that I chose Cory Fairbanks Mazda & that I had the pleasure of working with their wonderful staff. I cannot wait until I visit the dealership again for future maintenance & cars!! This is the place to go! & I feel super fabulous as I zoom zoom in my brand new 2017 Mazda 6 Sport!!!

I frequently make new car purchases every 1-2 years to upgrade to newer car. I can't say enough good things about Richard the internet sales Mgr and David my sales person. My communication was via email exclusively and was able to get deal done without and barriers. This has got to be one of the smoothest transactions I have ever had and was in and out in no time!! Thanks for such a great experience. Will be back to see if the service department executes as well as the sales team. I have no doubt it will be as good!!

My sales person David Fant is a fantastic sales person. I highly recommend him as a sales person if you are in the market to buy a car. I bought my car and call David after couple days to say I
Like the car, but I hate the color. David ask me what color I will like and he will find it for me. He told me he want me to be happy and I was after I left the dealership for the second time around. Go an see David if you want to buy a car. Great experience.
