Honest service and sales people. They did a thorough run-through of my bikes and only found a few things that needed tweaking. Very small service charge.! Thank you guys.

Good selection and friendly staff, but impossible to get a full price quote via email. I asked for 'out the door' prices on two different bikes via their email service. No email response, but I got a call saying 'call us back or come in.' I won't drive all the way there just to get a price. From what I have heard their dealer add-on fees are substantial. I don't have a problem getting email price quotes from other dealers.

Since Seminole Power Sports has taken over this business my experiences here have been nothing but negative from opening day. Two weeks before they officially opened I received an e mail invitation to join them for their Grand Opening! I was supplied a link to visit to confirm I would attend with a note saying that the first 25 people would receive a prize just for showing up. I think I was the 5th or 6th to arrive that day only to be told that I hadn't registered. Which I know for a fact that I did indeed register. Strike one. Ok, small glitch. I can forgive them. Last night I called their parts department to order a new tire for my bike. The parts guy explained to me he was really busy and had several people at the counter. So, I gave him my phone number and told him to give me a call back when he slowed down. Nope, not happening. Never heard back. That's strike Two and Three. I'm sure they are still working out the kinks of taking over an old business, but in the process they lost a customer that bought 5 motorcycles from the old business. You only get one chance to make a first impression.

The guys here were awesome. Brandon Singer was who took care of my husband and I. Very nice, professional, not pushy. We gave him a budget, he did all he could for us to keep us as close to that as he could! Highly recommend dealing with him. They have a great staff, every one was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend checking them out!

I had to have a new Back Tire on my motorcycle. Went to them for a price and they matched the price from another shop with a saving of $50.00. Also when I needed a new Helmet, the same thing and saved me $30.00. They are great to work with. Very helpful folks in all departments. The young lady at the front door is so pleasant.

Andrew Joseph was professional and very easy to work with. I live 3hrs from this dealer but decided to make my purchase from Champions Powersports because of all the local dealers I dealt with Andrew was the most personal and knowledgeable about the produce he was selling. Communication was great and he was able to address all of my concerns. Other dealers didn't even know the product they were selling. Andrew even went as far as to find hotels and pricing for me should I have decided to travel up there the night before picking up the bike. I'll be making my next purchase from them despite the 3hr drive and would highly recommend the team there to my friends. Thanks Andrew!! We're enjoying the new bike.

Wow!!!! This place has the best inventory. I could spend hours here. I came in needing some serious help figuring out some parts for my bike and these guys were able to find everything that I needed. I know where I am going for my next new motorcycle. I don't normally write reviews but they went above and beyond. Thanks

Went to Champions Lake on 3/21/17 to get parts, and ended up talking to Andrew a sales associate about a new Honda CRF250X. He was very knowledgeable about the particular dirt bike that I was interested in and explained everything about it to me. We decided to fill out an online application that night and Andrew called me the next morning as soon as they opened to let me know that I was approved. When we returned to the dealership Andrew had everything ready for us and we were in and out within minutes. Awesome experience at Champions Lake and a great salesman!!!!! Definitely give both of them a 5 star rating in my book!
