Thank you, Brandon Cooksey. I have had some interest in the Audi brand for a while now and, after doing some research online, I decided it was time to make a stop at Audi North Orlando.
I walked up and was connected with Brandon, who ended up being a true professional all the way through. I bombarded Brandon with technical questions about the S6 and S7 models, trying to find the essential differences between the two. Brandon's knowledge did not disappoint. He displayed proficiency in his responses, and when we ran into a question for which he did not know the answer, he took note and made sure he provided me with the response before I left.
My impression of the staff was perfectly complemented by the automotive masterpiece that Audi has engineered. I thoroughly enjoyed the ride quality and response of both cars; personally, I liked the handling of the S6 better, but in the defense of the S7, it is longer, wider, and heavier. In addition, the massage seats had me rolling with laughter. They could be a problem for me while driving, since I tend to doze off during a massage.
The luxury brand is finely paired with a great team that is nothing short of true professionals.response / report this review -

I've been coming to these guys since 2012 and will always come back! This is hands down the best dealership I've ever shopped at and would recommend everyone to come here. They don't judge you, ignore you, leave you waiting for hours, BS you and on and on and on. Audi North Orlando is the role model all dealerships should be following!

This was my first luxury car dealership experience and it was great! The staff was welcoming and very helpful. Brandon had everything ready every time I got there (test drive one day paperwork on another). He’s patient and professional. Thanks for the great experience! I will return.

The service center is top notch! We had to have our car repaired after having it transported. Not only did they repair the car to new condition. But they also washed and cleaned it up for us. The service writer kept us informed all the way through the repair. From the service tech to the service writer, I could not say enough good things about these folks. They treated the car like it was there own and treated us like we were the only customer they had. We will defiantly be using this dealership again!

I had an Audi years ago and I loved going to the service center. The people were so wonderful, helpful and made me feel special. Here I am 30 years later, a brand new Audi and the service department is even more top-notch I enjoy sitting there with a cup of coffee talking to the staff And even having lunch or breakfast when they have it offeref there. they take great care of my baby, 2017 Audi A3 and I appreciate them! Jaime is my favorite in the service dept. Frank sold me the car and is always available when I call to ask about a feature that I can’t figure out. 🚘 😀

The service is always excellent. The service package I purchased is beyond expectations. However. . . . to suggest a balance, rotate & align for $300.00 is ludicrous. I could go to a suitable tire store, pick one, tip every tech $20.00 and still have money leftover to buy dinner for two at my local favorite. What is so fantastic about your technology and technicians that any local (qualified) company can accomplish the same task for 40% less???

Audi North Orlando team is very professional and knowledgeable. The service department is incredible. Everyone at the dealership is polite and helpful. I am impressed with the care in which they treat the vehicles and the customers. I have dealt with many of the employees and they all share the same professional and friendly attitude making it a pleasure.

Buying a car was great, but the service department is horrible. They don’t always answer the phone and when you leave a message they don’t call back. The quality of work is poor. You have to go back multiple times to fix the same thing. Definitely not a luxury car experience. The waiting room is nice so it isn’t so bad taking the car up there. This was my first Audi probably my last due to the fact I don’t want to deal with their service department which is a shame because I’d really like to buy the new A7 when it come out.

This is by far the best Car buying experience we have ever had. The sales person was very knowledgeable about his inventory and about the car and its features. The financing was quick and simple and I feel I got the absolute best deal on the vehicle that I could have ever gotten. Audi North Orlando is a very professional dealership and take their time to assist you. There is no pressure from the sales personnel and they are there to help you get every savings you can on the vehicle. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

This was by far the best buying experience we have ever had! Everyone was so friendly and informative! Since we didn't live close we had to communicate via phone. The sales manager as well as associates went above and beyond to ensure we received pictures and information regarding the vehicle we were interested in. They also collected information from us to make the paperwork side of things run smoothly and quickly. Brandon exceeded all expectations. He spent time after we purchased our car in answering any further questions we had as well as showing me the features mine had included. He personally walked out to the car with us and gave us a mini class on how to work everything. Audi North Orlando made us feel important and that our business mattered. I am extremely satisfied and confident on our purchase. We will continue to buy all future vehicles from this dealer!

My initial purchase has been effortless and quick. Natasha did a fantastic job and they got me in and out quickly. I have to say I have no patience with car salesman and even less with cocky salesman. This was a welcome experience. My first visit to the showroom came after several hours on a construction site so I have to admit I clearly looked and probably smelled like I couldn't afford an Audi. Nevertheless, I was greeted immediately and introduced to Natasha and from that moment on I was treated as if I was royalty. Rico (remember I told you my feelings about cocky salesman), worked with me to help search the data base for my car (Once he stop pounding his chest about how good of a salesman he was). Ultimately, he turned out to be quite a nice guy and work with Natasha to deliver my vehicle and win my trust. I will highly recommend this dealership and if this continues will be buying cars from them for the rest of my life, I'm sold!

Best car buying experience we've had to date! The dealership was beautiful and well kept and every single staff member from the front desk to the salespeople were courteous and always quick to make sure we were being assisted. We worked with Slav in sales, who not only gave us a hassle-free shopping experience, but also helped navigate us through the best financing options for us and made the paperwork and purchase process fast and pain-free. For those that consider themselves car enthusiasts, not just looking for an "appliance", you can rest easy that anyone here is happy to strike up a conversation about performance vehicles. Needless to say, we will absolutely be returning here when it's time to buy our next vehicle!

We had been to a lot of car dealerships over the past few weeks and none of our experiences even compared to the wonderful treatment we received at Audi North Orlando. The whole car buying process was incredibly easy and enjoyable. They were not pushy by any means, and they were helpful and patient with all of our questions. We worked with Chris and he was wonderful! We definitely will be purchasing our next car there and we recommend to anyone who is on the new or used car search to stop by Audi North Orlando.

From all the experience in car dealership that I had, this one has been the best I have ever experience. The people here treat you like family and I mean like family. The persons that were helping me were very knowledgeable and very, very professional. They give you their complete attention to your needs and answer any questions that you have.
My experience with Audi North Orlando has been wonderful, I would be going back to them in the future. I like to be treated with respect and that is exactly what I got there. There is a smile anywhere you turn and a welcome feeling when you get inside the dealer. It is not about the money, is about the customer and their needs and this people make it happen for me. From the moment I first called North Audi Dealership in Sanford, I was greeted with a very warm welcome and was provided with the information I needed to then know that I would be able to find the right fit in an Audi Q5 for me! I made an appointment to come in that same day and my experience from there was nothing less than great! My salesperson, Chris, listened and understood what I wanted and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or could afford. They gave me a very fair price for my trade in and made me aware of some great rebates. I saved a lot and got a beautiful car that I am truly enjoying. Thank you Audi North Orlando!!!
