  Don't deal with this shady group of people. If I could give a ZERO star rating I would. Effective 7/31 this location has the nerve to press charges against me for "fraudulent activities". Are the serious "fraudulent activities" and corrupt sales tactics are there way if doing business. I was in need of tires for my f150, desperately. So on this need I was a prime target. First off I didn't know they would sell me used Terra Grappler tires and used wheels for over $4000. When I picked out the wheel they talked me into a tire, advising me this was my best option. Wouldn't give me a price till after I had wheel n tires put on my truck. Also didn't know I was making weekly payments of $200, thought it was every other week but it was actually lil over $400 bi weekly. When I drove out there garage the front left tire was rubbing on the inside of wheel well. Told me the tires would fit in advance and to this day there still rubbing and this is after they cut the plastic of wheel well to try and make the tire fit. After they knew I was screwed they said they could not do nothing and there was a zero tolerance for late payments. After repeated attempts to talk with a manager about multiple issues of defective wheels, a missing cap and lying salesman and misleadng payment issue they still went to the DA office to have charges filed against me. All I'm saying now is DONT DEAL WITH THIS BRANCH IN SANFORD FLORIDA. I have to deal with this and it's my own fault that I didn't take MORE action early when I should of went to the athorituies myself but I was desperately in need and I had alot of personal tribulation going on in my life at the time finding work, etc. Even when I asked to return them they told me it was to late and I needed to pay in full. Which was impossible.

  This place is a great place to get your wheels and tires from, not only a helpful staff but also went above and beyond their normal job. Chuck was a great help in making sure I got the best deal and that I understood the paperwork and policies. Fred helped me save money by using my existing tires on my new custom wheels. So now I have awesome custom wheels but saved money by using my existing tires which still had 60% tread life! Nick, was able to help me find out something wrong with my truck mechanically which is not his job but he helped anyway, and referred me to a mechanic that he knows personally. Rob, who is the tech, also helped me determine what may be wrong with my traction control and even stayed late to professionally install my new wheels and tires and on a FRIDAY night! Great guys, exceptional service and 90 days same as cash to get some great custom wheels!!!

  These guys are amazing!!! I came in when they were closing and they brought me in and treated me like family!!! If you need wheels, tires, or just a smiling face go check them out!!!

  They don't have no courtesy there when I was paying on my tires and I needed some personal time they would not even help me even though I paid every payment on time and make sure that they got their money when it came time to help me I didn't get any courtesy I don't advise nobody to rent anything from them

  I went to this location to see how reasonable they were with me shopping 4 tires, size 215/50 17. The guy up front must thought that I am some kind of dumb ass or my shirt must have said SUCKER!. He had the audacity to tell me for Nexen tire that particular size was 178.00 for each tire. I could not believe what I was hearing. It's a damn shame that they want to victimize us hard working people. Think this way, without these victims falling prey, they would be out off business. People, my suggestion is save your money and go to Walmart or Sam's Club and pay for top brand name tires for less. Don't fall victim on these sales tactics. Good Luck

  I literally feel like this place saved my life. My son and I were driving around on very unsafe tires for a while and I could not get tires financed from anyone. I stopped there one day by chance hoping they could help me and I left that day with 4 amazing tires! If you need tires and you know you can make the payments on time, rent a wheel is the place for you!😄 a huge thanks to the nice guys that work there!!!

  This place once a good store to go to .I been going there for a while.But now there's a guy that works there name bryan do to him I will not recommend nobody to go there.bryan is verry rude disrespectful non professional. Bad attitude .I went there for a set of 4 tires he told me he could not do it cuz there were closing it was only 6:15 they close at 7 verry bad customer service ill give my services to them when he is no longer there
