I have used their service twice since moving into my new home and have been very pleased both times. The technician, Raul, is great and I requested to have him return the second time. The first time I had an issue with the air conditioning and Raul was very professional, on time, and explained everything very clearly. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. The second time I had the same experience. I definitely would recommend!

Mike arrived on time, performed regular maintenance and found a problem which he repaired. He encountered a separate issue and worked for several hours to ensure that my system worked perfectly. He was courteous, careful with my home, and—important to me—clean and neat. Definitely a 5 out of 5 service visit.

They are awesome! After being out of town all weekend I came home Sunday afternoon to no air conditioning. I made several calls but everyone was booked. Jonathan from Cool Masters called me back and was willing to troubleshoot over the phone. It ended up being a lv wire shorting that I was able to repair myself. I can’t say enough for his willingness to get me back up and running. They could have easily just waited to visit the next day. No telling how much money they saved me. I am definitely going to use them for my yearly maintenance! 5 stars all the way.

The emphasis on customer service was most impressive along with the intelligent and knowledgeable negotiations for purchasing our new HVAC SYSTEM! Johnathan Perez was truthful, honest and accommodating.
The office staff is more than excellent!
The Installers , Gabriel & J.R. were the best I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with! They were professional, knowledgeable & communicative…and their work was impeccable with all systems working perfectly when they finished the installation after 8 hours of very challenging hard work.
BRAVO, to the Management, Office Staff and the experienced Installers!

Can't recommend Cool Masters highly enough! The scheduling was effortless. Technician Mike was on time, friendly, and professional. He was open and honest about the work that needed to be done and how much it was going to cost. He was able to replace the capacitor in my unit and recharge the system in only 30 minutes. Don't hesitate to give them a call. I'll be using them from here on out.
