Not recommended. My furnace was making a loud boom noise. I told them it needed cleaning. They didnt do it, rerouted the torch, checked carbon monoxide, and left. I have a 6 months baby in the house. I have to turn the heater off and clean it myself. Bunch of idiots, with no experiences.

I had a horrible experience with this company. They arrived very late for an appointment that I made five days previously. They told me that I have a freon leak but that they would not have time that day to locate or repair the leak but would refill the freon (which would just continue to leak). I was informed that I would have to make another appointment for them to actually locate and attempt to repair the leak. It turns out that they were in a hurry to leave because a corporate customer was having an emergency. Since my business is unimportant to them, I will no longer be using them. I consider this to be unacceptable.

I like how efficient the mechanics at Ware Mechanical are. Whenever I need them, they get out here as quick as they can. AJ and the other serviceman are a Godsend. They are all extremely knowledgeable.
