BUYERS BEWARE!! This auction house sold me a ring that they described to be Citrine and diamonds. It turned out after a gemologist evaluation that the "diamonds" were not diamonds. I had a report generated and presented this to the auction house, who refused to acknowledge their mistake and make things right for me. Not only was Adam extremely aggressive in his response, I never did get my money back and the ring is worth much, much less than this auction house led me to believe. Their staff was uncomfortably rude throughout all my communications with them. Please, PLEASE learn from my mistake and DO NOT do business with this company!!!
