Just called there to buy a rug and got hung up on by the owner HANK PITTS!!! Don't always take things for granted that I'm calling there for personal reasons. Got told to go elsewhere to buy my carpet that he didn't want my business. I think that's really pathetic if your trying to run a small business and you turn people away. #needstolearnbusinessethics

After numerous messed up deliveries they left boxes in garage and a large stain on front porch from wet sawdust. Would not recommend at all.

I had carpet put down all through my house very pricey carpet too. It's just me and my cat and I have a trail of worn carpet and that happened within a year of having it put down. If and when I buy new carpet it won't be with Hanks.

Went to Hanks to pick out flooring ,They had lots of different woods and styles to choose from,Jamie helped me decide on wood,Its a great choice,My floors are beautiful, Kacey and his crew did instillation and they are perfect,They are perfectionist.I could not be more pleased, I made the comment to them,they were like artists, placing each board to match the one next to it. I am thrilled with my floors,Will recommend them to everyone I know..Thanks..
