Friendly and experienced staff. A gentleman talked to me about a X-Caliber 7, discussing the best size frame for me and the specs about the bike. Test rode it in the parking lot. Walked out with a amazing bike for the price. The gentleman who helped me gave me the name of a MTB trail ( Sherman's branch ), which was the perfect trail to ride my new bike ( feels like a beast, very fast also ), this MTB trail is now my favorite.
The store has a great selection on all bikes, along with great prices.
Even though this location is a little over an hour away from me, i will be coming back in the future.

I have to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Cool Breeze Cyclery in Mooresville! Yesterday, I realized, on my way to ride at Lake Norman State Park, that I had forgotten to re-install my pedals on my mountain bike. At that point, I was about 30-35 minutes from my home and I was meeting a friend at the trailhead. I pulled into Cool Breeze Cyclery and they let me borrow a used set of pedals and saved the day!!! While I have patronized this store a time or two in the past, it is certainly not my local store due to lack of proximity to my home and work. Just more proof that mountain bikers are some of the best people I've ever met. Thanks again, Cool Breeze!
