A+++ Shop!!! Don and his mechanics know what they are doing! I have driven in there with this alarming noise that sounded similar to someone pushing one of those big trash things that they go around picking up individual trash at the registers at Wal-Mart but it sounded like it was on a sidewalk or road and really really really loud. I said to my husband lets stop by Complete Car Care and see if Don has just a second to come out to listen. Thankfully, he did! It was my heat shield. That if you drive on talk grass, like in a field, it prevents fires due to the temperature of that area of the car. I don't drive on talk grass, so come to find out I could just take it off.
He is VERY honest! Very Reasonable in prices! Highly recommend to ANYONE!!!

Complete Car Care does wonderful work and have been very friendly to me, always. They constantly go out of their way to accommodate my work schedule and have done last minute rushed repairs for me on multiple accounts. They are extremely personable and communicate very well. I have curiously read the bad reviews and found them to be uninformative slander possibly bred from miscommunication. If you are the type of person that believes you deserve special treatment because you are giving someone money for a service, then you might find yourself upset with any service. If you believe you are an equal and treat employees at Complete Car Care with respect and understanding, I guarantee they will do the same for you. If you want your car to run well for a fair price and no surprises, I would highly recommend Complete Car Care.

I am fairly new to Complete Car Care after having many problems with work done by my old mechanic. Not only has Complete Car Care done a great job resolving issues I have found with my car, they have also been beyond helpful in giving me advice on what I should be asking my old mechanic about parts still under warranty there. It's really great having a mechanic you can trust and who actually takes the time to explain specifically what needs to be done to your car, answering any questions about the process, and then going into detail about exactly what they did. Complete Car Car goes above and beyond in taking care of their customers needs!
