We randomly dropped in on our road trip down to southern Utah, as we were experiencing som problems with our tires. They immediately helped us out, charged us nothing, and all with a big smile. We will most likely be back, even though we live 45 minutes north. Great service is worth our business.

I have never seen such amazing people! We came in at 4:15pm on a Saturday as they were about to close and my car was undriveable. I was in a real bind as I needed to get back to work the next day and didn't have another car. Ron Gordon didn't even hesistate and handed me his keys! These are good people and really did help us out

We needed a Michelin tire. They were the only store that said that they had one in 300 miles. We are on vacation and driving a motorhome so this tire was a safety issue. They told us to be at their office by 1:30 on a Saturday. After we had driven almost 200 miles and arriving at 12:30 they said they did not have the tire. Stories abound. Order was sent in too late? Tire was not on delivery truck? You name it. Liars!

This company is a liar and manipulates people. I asked them why they did not call us back to tell us that they did not have the tire. No answer!

They ruined two days of our vacation. We had to drive back the 200 miles to a turn off to finally get on our way to the next stop.

Don't believe anything these guys say. They are liars and their company is worthless. When we arrived, they did not even have a bay big enough for our motorhome that they could use to put on the tire. So they knew they could not help us but played a dirty trick on us. If they do this to strangers, what will they do to their neighbors?

I've never really had a tire shop that I considered my go-to place, but that has changed. On the recommendation of a co-worker, I gave Ron's a try, and I am happy I did! They have been excellent to work with. I've now used them for new tires, alignment, and to press a new bearing in a hub for me. They were fairly priced and happy to serve. The only down side is that they do such a good job, the place is packed most of the time. I would suggest dropping off your car for the day instead of waiting in-store. Great job Mr. Gordon & Sons!
