They're really great. The lady at the front desk is very patient explains everything very thoroughly and simply. They're cheaper than other places I've been to and are faster than the amount of time usually initially quote you.

The staff was extremely respectful and helpful. I could tell that they were on my side and genuinely cared about me getting the best deal possible in my situation. They ordered a part for my car and discovered that my car needed a slightly different format.. The new part was significantly expensive, but they offered to pay for the difference rather than charging me! I guarantee 90% of auto repair shops would have charged me more. I'll be coming back here for sure!

Always quote me before charging. They have a service "menu" on common services which is nice. Got my suspension redone there 8 months ago and everything working great. Taken my car there for about 4 appointments.

Make an appointment. They are prompt, efficient, courteous and very helpful. Been going for years for safety and emissions. They are also the most reasonably priced in town

I've been come to Larsen's for about a decade now. They are simply the best. Always reasonable and beyond helpful. We have multiple older cars so come in fairly frequently, just last week they found a huge mess in our brake system and gave us an amazing discount to help us cover it. So grateful for them! Thanks guys!

Larsen's is the most helpful and most honest auto shop in Provo. They helped us diagnose a/c issues in our car and when we couldn't cover the cost to have it replaced they didn't even worry to charge us the diagnostic fee. Honestly kind people work here.

This mechanic will take care of you! There was a question whether a problem was something they had caused and instead of fighting me and leaving me without A/C they just did it for me. Great guys, wonderful to work with.

I'm at a loss for wanting to put more stars on here. They were super helpful when our family car was acting up. It was expensive to fix, but a fair price for what they had to do. So, I brought my truck in when the brakes went bad. They had it ready by the next day! Then things went south.
I noticed a wobble to my steering wheel at 30 mph when I was driving it home, and from 40 to 50 mph it felt like my tires were about to fall off. I didn't even get 2 miles before I called them and said I was bringing it back. They told me upon returning, "Oh ya, your tire is real bad, we should have told you." I pressed the issue and assured them that I had driven to AZ in the truck the week before and there was no way it was driving like this before they changed the brakes and rotors.
I was told that they had no way of knowing that, they never drove the truck before the repair, and that it seemed like I was just trying to take advantage of them so they would fix a pre-existing problem for free. I was dumbstruck at the accusation, and I told them they could talk to any one of the people who had been in the truck with me. They still said it was the "bad tire." I kept pressing and said I no longer felt safe driving the truck. So they took off the offending wheel and tried another in its place, same problem. The boss even asked, "Does it even sit right on the new rotor", and one of the workers said, "Not really," and that it had not when they released it back they me. But they thought it was the "bad tire." So bad tire became "bad rotor" (the new one they had just put in). Then they realized that the rotors weren't bad, they were just the wrong rotors. They had put 4 wheel drive rotors on my 2 wheel drive truck! Then they blamed the lady up front for putting my truck information in wrong.
I will give them credit that they did get the correct rotors delivered quickly, and replaced them quickly. However, it seemed like a pretty egregious error that they installed the wrong part, that they knew that it didn't fit, and didn't bother to tell me about it. I had to figure it out for myself when my truck started playing poltergeist as I tried to reach 50mph. Then to accuse me of trying to take advantage of their business and get something fixed for free.
They didn't even say sorry. Will I go back? Maybe. But I've got a sour taste in my mouth.

This is a great place where the customer is number 1! We had a problem that they said they didn't cause but we disagreed. They worked with us and were very respectful. The best mechanic I've worked with. They are honest and reliable. No wonder why they are popular.

Larsen automotive is a great place for automotive repair needs. They have always given me the lowest estimate on repairs and have always been very friendly and accommodating. I wouldn't say it's same day service, they usually take 2 or 3 days to fix the problem.
