Local tire shop that had always been great to work. They have good prices and never try to up sell you stuff like big chains (there is a big o in town that is aweful). The staff is great and the technician know what they are doing.

I called to get a quote and then the final total came out to be about $30 higher. I simply mentioned about somebody on the phone quoting me a lower price and they very quickly and easily agreed to honor the original quoted price. They were very friendly and happy during all of my interactions with them.

The speed wasn't very quick but they knew beforehand that time wasn't a priority as I left my car with them while I went to work, so they still get 5 stars. Would definitely recommend to everybody in the area.

Johnson Tire Pros are helpful and very kind to their clients and customers. They have a waiting area for parents and children and their WiFi has a very reliable signal. Easy to get in and get out when making appointments in advance. Riley showed me visually and specifically about how my tires are weighted and took me into the garage to show me and teach me in a way I could understand. They are helpful and knowledgeable professionals who know tires and empathize with your situation and your wallet.

We've gone to Johnson Tires for 8 years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. They give great service, and they are honest! They always call before making a major repair to let us know up front what approximate cost will be. There's never any pressure or "made-up" repairs.

I call ahead and get told it would not take long to get my oil changed and an 2 hrs goes by. I guess you figure 2 hrs is not long but i feel like thats a very long time. Next time be honest and say we are busy so its going to take a while. Dont lie to me to get my business.

We had some suspension problems with our vehicle and took it to the Tire Pros. They did a fantastic job. Our problem was a little unique, and they more than made it right. I've been going to them for over 30 years and will continue to for the next 30. Jeff, Riley and their team are amazing!

I got a flat tire from a nail. We went to another tire place to get it checked out and they said we'd have to buy a new tire (a very expensive one). I remembered we bought the tire at johnsons tire service so we went there instead. They said it was under warranty so we should be okay! But, the other tire place had thrown out my old tire when they put the spare on! :/ johnsons tire service was super helpful and replaced it under the warranty even though they usually have to see the old tire (understandable). They were extremely kind. We won't go anywhere else now. :)

I had brought in my car on 2/3 for a front end alignment. By Sunday, my car had completely leaked out all the oil. I had taken my car to Johnson since they were the ones who worked on my car last. I showed them the oil that had leaked out of my car, they checked my car and said that it wasn't the oil but my transmission. I had someone check my transmission and they said it was the oil issue the ENTIRE time. The techs' at Johnson NEVER checked my car, but just said it was an issue with the transmission and that they don't fix that. I have NEVER been so disappointed with them before when it comes to things with my car. If it wasn't for someone looking out for me, my car would have broken down because of the lack of oil in my car. Thanks guys for NOT doing your job and just brushing it off. Awesome.

I was in the middle of swapping the snow tire to summer tire on my own. I have 2 set of wheels and tires. One of the wheel won't come off even I tried my best. Walk in asked for help. Within 30 mins the wheel is off and the wheel with summer tire is on. Free of charge and I'm really grateful for their help! They are fast, honest and friendly, highly recommended!
