  I became a recent widow and bought my first car by myself in a really long time. Jimmy and his wife are over and above what the standard for a car salesman is. They are more like family. Jimmy was excellent while showing me cars, explaining them and telling me about service.(Which they do on site also) The paperwork was handled by his wife and she helped me with financing and just really knowing what I signed.

  Technician Duff is rude and has 0 customer service skills. They should not have him assist customers at the front desk.

  Jimmy's is my go to shop for my Jetta. They've always taken great care of me and have really fair prices. Whenever I go in they make sure to give me a solid quote and explain what needs to be done.

  I just bought my first car from Jimmy's Love Bug and was so impressed by their service. They were very honest, sincere, and helpful throughout the whole process, I definitely feel like I can trust them. They helped me get the car I wanted without being pushy or manipulative at all. They're definitely all about the customer and not blinded by making money. I even got a text later that same day with well wishes and thanking me for my business. I would buy every car for the rest of my life from them if I could.

  I recently bought a VW Rabbit from Jimmys. I was treated like an old friend and the salesman even met me on a Sunday to finish the paperwork. I will definitely buy from them again.

  I purchased a car from Jimmy's last year. Which was a great experience! I recently had a mechanical problem which wasn't under warranty. I took it into Jimmy and he fixed for free Probably would have been two hundred or more at the dealer. My next car purchase will be from Jimmy's.
