Absolutely love this dealership. Paul M and Vinny T are incredible to work with. Purchased 2 vehicles from them in last 6 months. Going back for another this weekend. From start to finish. All I can say is best car purchasing experience in many years ❣️

My salesman Eddie Figueroa was awesome. He is is professional and super knowledgeable on all the vehicles. He went above and beyond to find me the exact used Infinity I was looking for. I never felt pressured or rushed and he kept in touch during the whole process. Finance manager Darlene Titus was equally professional and super knowledgeable. She presented plenty of different options to make the purchase possible. Purchasing a car can be stressful but they made it easy. I give them an A+ I will recommend Competition Infinity to my friends and family and I look forward to my next purchase.

Brian Flynn was very courteous and his service was excellent. After the car maintenance was done he had the car washed and vacuumed inside which I did not expect and did not ask for. He went the extra mile. A small thing to do but very much appreciated especially when there are so many things to do and with the children going in and about, attaching and detaching car seats, car cleaning is at the bottom of a long list of chores. A small gesture of kindness but a Big Help for me. So, thank you and God bless.

I recently purchased my car from Competition and I could not be happier. I have gone to independent dealerships before and have had nothing but bad experiences.

I just inquired online about a car through Competition and within minutes I got a response by a lovely gentleman named Rob. Made an appointment to go in and look. And wound up walking out with my new Vehicle.

Paul was the dealer we dealt with who was exceptional! Even Adam in the finance department! Each person in that place could not be nicer and or welcoming. I did not feel any pressure to buy a car or intimidated in any way.

The place was spotless and they were very accommodating. I am grateful and a happy customer and will be purchasing from them again. Do yourself a favor and stick with family owned dealerships. This way you will avoid those slimy dealerships that charge you all sorts of unnecessary fees.

Thank you Competition for putting me in the car I always wanted and making the experience a pleasure!

We brought in our Q50S to have a mirror replaced that was a result of a hit and run in a parking lot last Thursday 9/9/21. Everything was fine, we were told by Brian Flynn that it would be replaced with a black mirror which is ok because we understood the color of our car was a difficult match. We left it for the weekend because we were told it would need to be ordered but to our pleasant surprise we received a call it was ready within 4 hours. We had to leave it for the weekend anyway because we were going away for a few days. We go to pick it up this morning, Monday 9/12 and the mirror is WHITE. A WHITE mirror on a dark gray vehicle. It looks absolutely outrageous! When we spoke with Brian Flynn about it not being what was promised, originally a BLACK mirror, he rudely says “Well I didn’t rip the mirror off.” Well obviously we didn’t choose to have the mirror ripped off either but we came to a LUXURY car dealership where the vehicle was purchased to have the car repaired. $900 to be lied to and mistreated in this service department. I am beyond disappointed and angry in the way we were treated and the way this situation was handled. I’m not sure how places like this stay in business talking to customers this way and lying to them. This is completely unacceptable, buyers beware.

When I arrived on Friday afternoon and met with a Service Advisor Chris. When we described the issues, he excused himself and inspected the vehicle and declared that a sensor had been in an accident and was NOT a warranty item. It was just pushed in by 1/2" He went onto state that a whole new harness would have to ordered and installed and that the bumper would have to be removed. We then gave him the list of other tasks to be repaired (Oil Change, Tire Rotation and a repair/replacement of a switch) and signed the documentation and were instructed the vehicle would be ready on Saturday. Which came and went there was no call either, so we called them to say when is vehicle going to be completed. Oh your vehicle has not even been brought into the shop we'll we need authorization to repair the sensor and and it would be done on Monday. I stated that we had already authorized the work, including the oil change which he then stated well I have to get the paperwork. Once that was found oh yeah you have. Finally on Tuesday we wait in line again only to listen to the receptionist get into a verbal disagreement with another customer and proceed to bill them for a different vehicle other then their own. Which went on for 10 minutes and then a Service Adviser came over and he told her that it was the correct paperwork only to find out that he was wrong as well. the service is just plain awful and there is no organization and there are attitudes that just don't belong in the service industry. Also, total bill was $490, mostly for a sensor that was displaced by a 1/2".

Unfortunately I’m sorry to say I did not have a good experience with this company. Sad to say I financed two cars from them thinking I was getting a good deal. First issue was within the service department. Apparently there was an issue when my family returned a loner vehicle without sufficient amount of fuel. Instead of being told of this issue pretty quickly the company chose to wait until the next time we scheduled a service and needed a loner. A family member of mine took off from work to get the car serviced. When he dropped the car off the representatives stated we were “blocked” from receiving loner vehicles. I request multiple times for a reason and was not given one. Finally got a hold of whoever was in charge and he was rude in his tone in telling me there was no fuel in the car for the last drop off and “other issues”. I apologized and asked what the other issues were. He could not give me a straight and clear answer. I also asked why this wasn’t brought to our attention right when the issue happened instead of months later and that the disciplinary process he created was a huge inconvenience to my family. The service manager did not seem empathetic at all to the situation due to his attitude. The second issue i have is when I went to buy out my lease. I was clear and simple in stating I wanted to just buy out the car and I was still presented a new finance offer for a new car at 500 a month. I can barely afford the car I have now. It’s even a base model with not many added features and I still pay a high price for the car. When I sat down to buy out the car I was shown a higher payment a month. Which doesn’t make sense to me when we all know cars lose value when they drive off the lot brand new and I had driven the car for three years already and put 50,000 miles on the vehicle. I rejected the first offer and the second offer still increased my payments a month. I don’t think makes sense since the car lost value. Looking over my finances today I realized they locked me into a deal with a price that would place the car of being brand new ! I just felt very finagled and taken advantage of since I am naive to car purchases. Unfortunately, I no longer bring my car in to service nor do I wish to ever buy a vehicle from this dealer again. I also make a point to tell this opinion to others that ask for my experience with the brand. I just believe things could have been handled with more gentleness and care in a world that is already so selfish.

Overall a good experience. Damian was extremely friendly. My ask would be to validate a repair fully before a customer picks up their vehicle. When I asked Damian if the car was fully repaired he replied I hope so. The car was repaired but the service person doesn't check themselves.

Vanessa Caruso hands down was the best sales consultant I ever had the pleasure of working with
on a purchase of a new car. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and couldn’t of been more kind. Made the whole process extremely smooth, fun and most importantly easy. Plus I feel like I couldn’t of got a better deal. I left extremely happy. After the sale with Vanessa, I met with the sales manager Darlene Titus. She put together
for me an incredible package deal with service and warranties. I couldn’t of been happier. Both of these ladies by far exceeded my expectations at the
st. James competition infinity. I will most definitely be returning and would like to say a infinity customer for life. So definitely check out the infinity dealership of st. James. It’s a fantastic place with beautiful cars and even better personnel.

After owning a 2005 G35X for 14 years we decided to trade in our BMW for a second Infiniti and we're glad we did!. Competition Infiniti went above and beyond our expectations. We told our salesman Adam Hernandez what we were looking for and he found the perfect QX60 for us. We love it!! Adam was great!
We have always felt that Competition Infiniti's service department is excellent. We have had our 2005 serviced there from the day we bought it and have always felt that they are fair and honest.
We will now be lifetime Infiniti owners!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Competition Infiniti. We went into the dealership to look for an SUV and ended up purchasing a Q60. Andrea our salesperson was one of the most knowledgeable salespeople we have ever experienced. She was also very understanding and patient as my wife is not as quick to make a decision. This dealership was also the most honest car dealership out there. No lines, no B.S. What a wonderful experience. And to top it all off the car is AMAZING!

We also dealt with Darlene in the financing department. Darlene is so personable and down to earth. She made the experience one that was far different than previous purchases. Even though there was a slight glitch when leaving with the car they did what they could to rectify the situation immediately.

We will definitely recommend to all of our friends and family.

    Thank you,
    Pamela & Michelle

Loved my car(s) hate the service experience.
I had several issues with this lease . I leased one three years prior with a problem with the transmission I had to go to Consumer Affairs because the service department was not proactive) this car's been in and out of service several times for a mold issue due to a faulty evaporator system in the air conditioning unit as well as a roof rack recall and leaks into my car. Customer service manager is so defensive anytime you make a complaint, here the customer is always wrong. He twists facts to his benefit. I've had my car in four times for the same problem and they keep telling me there's nothing else they can do. I've had to tell them what they should do each time to troubleshoot it's been a long exhaustive 7 months I finally had to spend money and getting mold kit to show them that there's mold in the car. there are no problem solving - preventive maintenance skills poor customer service skill set in service ( in particular the manager but all of his workers are becomming as defensive as he is) the front desk person is very sweet and professional. After the repair the mold was still in the car they refuse to let me get out of the lease early. I refuse to drive the car. I have to take this to the next step.
On a previous repair visit when I picked up my vehicle I had asked them to give it a good wash and they were white spots all over my windows and my tires my rims and the paint job when I brought this to Matt's attention and service his answer very defensively was well that's because we use recycled water and if there's any salt on the car it ends up back on the car. I was stunned by his reply! Instead of just saying yes it's not clean I'll rinse it for you he had to give me all the excuses as to why it was like that and let me know that that was normal.. bizarre behavior

Horrible service! Went to buy a car but the salesman, Vinnie, talked down to me and was very rude! When we buy a car, we expect to be treated with respect however this guy had a completely wrong attitude. racist and obnoxious. I was very close to buying the car but unfortunately Vinnie missed out. I will never give this place business. Save yourself the trouble from doing any transactions at this place and go to another dealership

Not very helpful at all ..All they want is money !! I needed help with an issue with my vehicle which I figured they can maybe walk me through whatever it can be but in order to get assistance from them I need to bring the vehicle which I'm unable to drive there to pay 145$ for a diagnosis when it could be something as simple as me having a hose that's loosed

Overall I had a really good experience with competition Infiniti. My salesman Paul M was very laid back and not pushy in any way, they got me out of my Nissan lease for my Infiniti (Nissan) new lease. My only complaint was that I leased a demo car and wanted the oil changed and they told me it would be done on delivery, I told them many times I'm an auto tech and that's what I do for a living and after I got the car home I pulled the dip stick to see black dirty oil. I had to go back and take out my anger on a service writer to get it done immediately. But the service advisor knew my concern and agreed with me 100%. Other than that I feel I got a decent deal and I would get another Infiniti from this dealer if I got good service.
