Car wash was excellent, the guy took his time-sprayed and scrubbed my wheels, he sprayed and washed my windshield and my side mirrors. He gave the grill extra attention. Was impressed with the guy who washed my car today. Was tall, skinny, wears glasses and balding or has really blonde thin hair.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was in a bad situation from out of town on a Saturday morning. They fit me in and were kind and reasonable. Highly recommend!

Great service people here. They run you through everything and walk you through what needs to be done right away. Kept me informed of the progress as they had it. Overall great service! Took the vehicle on over 1200 mile trip following service. Runs great

Very pleased with the quality service and friendly staff. All our vehicles are from Preferred but this was the first time at Lima Rd for oil changes etc. We will be back for regular maintenance and anything else that might come up with our Honda and Kia. Thanks! Great job!

This place is a rip off. Took advantage of my 59 year old widowed mother. She was by herself when she purchased the vehicle..which the salesman assured her was a "nice little good running car". She had to put brakes on 2 weeks later. Eight hundred miles later tyrod, ball joints, catalyst converter and thermostat assembly went out. I thought they checked the vehicles out before they sold themOf course the warranty they sold her covered nothing on the list..They just took advantage of a widowed older lady. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND sending anyone there. Very dishonest salesmen!!

I purchased a car in 2007 from Preferred and basically have had it serviced close to 100% of the time since then with the Lima Rd. Location. EVERYONE has been pleasant to work with! My husband has been affiliated in the past with the RV/ Automotive industry and he has been my litmus test for service and repairs and has always been pleased too!!

Only came to test drive but the awesome staff sold me on a beautiful 2017 Dodge Journey complete with built in coolers for vacations and road trips with the kids! Friendly staff, fast service, and willing to work hard to get me into a vehicle that works for my family! Can't say enough great things about Preferred Auto!

Preferred on Lima Rd. is the best dealership around! They always have the best inventory and best service that it makes the experience of buying a car truly special. I have gotten 2 cars from here and I have never had any problems with either car. They make sure they provide you with the best quality cars. I recommend this dealership to everyone!

Is there an option to give negative stars? I will NEVER purchase anything from this dealership. I called tonight for a price on a minivan and when they asked me what I was looking to spend, I told them there were a few in Ohio for a certain price (there was actually one in Lafayette for even lower) and the guy said he would have to put me on hold while he checkedthe problem is he forgot to put me on holdI got to hear just how disrespectful and dishonest these people are first hand. He came back on the line not knowing I had heard his whole conversation about how I was making up the price of the other cars and I confronted him about it. He paused for a few seconds then came back with a price 4000 dollars higher than what you can find anywhere else. If you want to be disrespected and made fun of behind your back when you buy a car, go to Preferred Auto, if you value integrity and honesty go somewhere else.

Service section is a ripoff! Very bad experience! Went there just because I had bought my car from them and the sales guy Paul was great. But service guys, over quoted, diagnose fee is high, I had the repair fixed at another shop for half price!!! N guess what I figured out a day later that the engine bay floor pan (plastic protector) was taken of the vehicle and never put back. I went back in back and it was there!

The big nosed management definitely low balls , was offered 4900 for a 2011 patriot with 90k miles still very nice truck . Complete ripoff carlot be smart people

Very recommended! Friendly and honest staff! I went to Preferred for an oil change and a second opinion about a whole list of "maintenance issues" that a dealership said my car had. Ben was the tech & Brandon was the advisor. Brandon told me that I did not need to replace anything that the other dealership told me that I needed to immediately take care of. I appreciate his honesty.will definitely keep coming back.
