Update. I’ve had this truck for about 4 months now. I changed my previous rating from 5 to 2.
They’re great AT PAINTING OVER RUST.
Truck is covered in it. Started bubbling over rear fender. Cladding is falling off. Had a mechanic look it over and he believes it was in a wreck. So disappointed to be stuck in this truck for 4 years. I was so excited to get my dream truck.
All in all it’s my fault. I should’ve inspected it better. They did their job and got me into it. Be careful.
I bought a vehicle may 3rd. 4 days later I was broke down. So far they have be great but we will see how they do now after I've signed my life away for 4 years and know I'm stuck.
Hopefully they'll stand behind it.
I'm currently at the dealer dropping it off for them to fix. I will give an update when we're done here.response / report this review -

I would recommend this place to anyone When I didn't think it was possible for me to get a car Chris Westin made sure he proved me wrong I want to thank you guys so much for everything u did for me it was truly a blessing and for that I will recommend this place to anyone

Avenue Auto is a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They care about you, the individual, and work hard to meet your needs. You are not just a customer to them, but they treat you like family. They are honest and upfront and I would recommend them to anyone, not only a place to purchase a quality vehicle, but their mechanics are some of the best in town!

As soon as I walked in someone was right there to help me. I haven't ever bought a car before and they answered every question I had and walked me through the entire process. Now I have a nice reliable car! 10/10 would recommend!

Took my brother here to browse some cars. I had to laugh when we pulled up in a car that didn't look very nice and the one sales man I seen in the lot looked over and quickly walked away. Nobody from inside even came out and acknowledged we were there. It made me wonder had we pulled up in my nicer vehicle would we have been helped? I'm guessing yeah, I wonder if they would regret not bothering with us knowing my brother was there to spend almost 10k on a vehicle. Could've been a good sale for a used car lot. No matter, most of the vehicles we looked at were higher mileage and way over priced.

A very honest and reputable place to buy a used car. I was looking for 4x4 trucks and they had a huge selection. Great financing too. From start to finish it was an A+. Please give them a try. I think they have been in business for over 20 years. Family owned too!
