Such a cutting edge, classy, trend-setting, and urban upscale salon. Very professional, creative and knowledgeable staff; and they really know how to make me feel like it's all about me. My hair has never looked better and their products are top level professional quality. Sometimes I wish my appointments lasted longer because it's such an amazing place.

I use the Loft for the massage. Soothing, and it relaxes my muscles i use Rita. And she works on Thursday, She is talented, and aware of my condition. Don't be afraid to have a massage

I've been here multiple times and always had a great experience. My cuts and dye have been great and my stylist is always ready to listen and offer advice as needed. The one time I didn't like how my hair color turned out she had no problem listening to my concerns and fixing it so I was happy with the color.

I went to The Loft for the first time and had an AMAZING experience! The receptionist was beyond friendly and welcoming and my stylist, Megan Rose, did an outstanding job! She made me feel comfortable and went out of her way to make sure we were on the same page for my color and style. I appreciated the time she took to really address my hesitations with coloring my hair. Megan Rose also took the time to show me how she styled my hair so when I got home I could actually replicated it (such a frustration when you get a great style but have no idea how to do it later!) My visit exceeded my expectations and has left me telling all of my friends to check out this salon! I will definitely be a returning customer!

I have been going to The Loft for a few years now and I have nothing but positive things to say about this salon. From the friendly staff to the awesome talent. I went in to Sara for a botched hair cut I had received from a different salon and she fixed it up so beautifully it was like it never happened. During that visit I also wanted my hair to match a "Russet Red" color. Sara went above and beyond my expectations. The color turned out just like the picture! I go there for my hair and eyebrows. And every visit is always amazing. The receptionist, Rylee, is such a sweetheart and immediately makes you feel welcomed. I always refer people to this salon. They never disappoint. With my long, thick, hair finding that perfect salon was always a challenge until I finally started going to The Loft. You ladies are amazing!
