Fairly quiet. Clean for the most part. Turnkey is very convenient. Free laundry. Love the "loaning locker"

I still here would just like to say that I have stayes at a lot of candlewood facilities. The staff here is polite. Unfortunately this hotel should be a lot cleaner. Possibly might think about getting outside cleaning source to help them with cleaning!!! Have seen worse hotel but did not stay! Help needed here to get them on track!!

Room was ok. Bathroom seemed a bit dirty. Saw a cockroach in bathroom. Not sure I would stay here again.

The location was a bit off the beaten path and there were bags of trash in the hallway but the room was decent. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and I always appreciate a coffee maker in the room.

Nice place to stay. Room is spacious with a small table and chair, mini kitchen (supplied with dishes, pots, pans and Tupperware), and comfortable recliner. They have a lending library where you can borrow appliances and other useful items. No pool or breakfast, but it's within walking distance of a small target and they do sell small snacks in the lobby. Overall great place to stay.

Rooms was nice size. Definitely should have been cleaned better. Original service was not very well. As time went on the service was better. Even thpugh i have a pitbull they was pet friendly. The took my pitbull, chiwawa and kitten for the time that I was waiting for short lease on apartment due to fire.

Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. Good rooms. But horrible service. They over charged me while i stayed there. Refused to refund. Then 3 weeks later after ive been long gone they charge me to more times for over a 1000 dollars. Refused to refund had to go to the bank and file a claim with them to get my money back. Id give them zero stars if i could. I warn everyone. Do not stay here. They will steal your money and double charge you.

A note to travellers: this place is for long stayslonger than a week. You want or need included breakfast, pool, anything elsego somewhere else! They have a kitchen (without oven) and the furnishings are average. Comfortable room but the WIFI is simply terrible. This can and should be a big turn off. It it weren't for the network reliability I may have given it 4 stars.

Great place! Spent the last week there and was impressed. Room was clean, linen was clean, towels clean, everything clean. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is located behind a popular shopping area with easy access to groceries, household goods, and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable and looked like it was recently upgraded with new decor. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel sits next to I-35 so I suggest booking a room on the front side away from the road noise of that would bother you. It isn't loud but it is noticeable.
