Room was small but adequate since we were only staying one night before flying out. Bathroom smelled a bit. The shuttle to the airport was great but the return shuttlenot so much. When we called for pick up they said 10-15 minutes. We waited 45 and then got an attitude from the driver. Will stay somewhere else next time.

Tuesdays and Thursdays have happy hours! 6:30 to 8:30, if the keg lasts that long. Thought that was important It also helps it get a solid 5 stars. Rooms are modern and clean. Typical clan hotel experience, I'm willing to stay the night again, even if they didn't have the beer.

This place is terrible! Stay away! It’s not worth the few bucks you think you might save. The staff is incompetent. I spoke to Esmeralda and she didn’t even know her manager’s name. She had no customer service skills. I also spoke to Vanessa and she was equally clueless. Mark explained to me that it was all my fault that the shuttle never arrived. Of course he was the driver that never showed up. Awful experience. I will never stay at a comfort inn again.

Nice clean facility near Dallas Fort Worth airport in the "hotel" row, primarily serving traveling public, this was one of the friendliest place. From the moment we arrived, everyone we met greeted us cheerily. Great front desk service.
The hotel serves a breakfast at no additional cost which is very nice for a hotel in it's class. An exercise room, office center, airport shuttle etc were well presented and maintained.
We enjoyed our time here.

The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It has a pool, workout room, coin laundry, and breakfast area. Staff were very helpful and the shuttle service got us to our flight much easier than if we had driven ourselves. The next time we fly out of Dallas we'll stay there again!

Not a place you'd ever want to bring your family. Not a good area, hotel wasn't very clean at all.
Pros: IF you're a fan of Breaking Bad we did get to witness a couple of meth heads duke it out in the room right next to us. When security came one guy took off running. Entertainment value 5/5. Neat.

Seriously go somewhere else.

We stayed in room 112 September 30th and October 3rd and I would have to say it was a great comfortable stay.Richard the shuttle was very helpful and friendly.Yvonne welcomed me wonderful customer service.Sharone answered questions and concerns as well as Richard Yvonne.If we needed anything for our room it wasn't difficult or being rude,was no problem!Comfort Inn has great breakfast as well!

The staff was so friendly and helpful!!! Cleanest and most affordable hotel I've been to in a long time. Pool, a few workout machines, good breakfast, but mainly just everything was so clean and the staff is so lovely!

Customer service is lacking here with the front desk staff. Maybe it was the absents of a smile, lack of interest in your existence, monotone speech accompanied by a general annoyance or simply that they don't look you in the eye when spoken to. However, it's located conveniently, the housekeepers are quite friendly and the rooms are clean.

Don't be fooled by the exterior. This hotel offers a modern, clean, and comfortable stay. Getting to the hotel is a little tricky as the road is a little confusing. After getting onto John Carpenter, stay to your right as the road forks. Comfort Inn is the second hotel on the right from the fork.

The rooms were clean well kept. The only complaint was that the hot water didn't want to act right at 6:30 in the morning but that was probably prime time when everyone else got up. I just woke up 30 mins earlier and it was fine.

I absolutely loved it. The staff was incredible from phone calls, check-in, and entire stay. The rooms were nice, clean, and beds comfortable. The breakfast was very nice as well. I would stay again for sure!

The good: Hot continental breakfast is good. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are cleaned daily and towells are replaced. Flat screen TV with cable. Snacks for sale at front desk. It is close to the airport so rental return is a snap.

The Bad: Bed bugs and cockroaches. The 2nd floor smells like a marijuana factory even though they advertise its non smoking. The WiFi is slow to the point of being unusable. Hotel is right under flight path of DFW so its a little noisy. No place to eat nearby.

Probably wont stay here again.

Managed to get an early check in, but the airport shuttle wasnt very good. I wasnt picked up and the shuttle only runs hourly which meant i had to pay for a cab ride from the airport which cost me $22US and i used a lyft to go to the airport which cost $10US. Rooms were great and staff were great but the shuttle was the main reason for staying there

The entire place is clean, inside and out. Friendly staff and terrific dining area. I stumbled upon a dinner buffet in there last night. Breakfast today was very fresh and good. I love the attention to detail. They should have cameras in the parking lot though.

It was clean in the rooms and the bed could have been a bit softer. The towels were a tad over looked at first till the morning. The location isnt too far from the grapevine mills mall and a nature park too so that's a plus to the location. The staff were nice about greeting and seeing guests have what they need.

The location is great for flying out of DFW. The room was well maintained and clean, but the A/C didn't get as cold as I would prefer. The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had with a good selection of items. The staff was friendly and the business center suited my needs well.
