Basic Hotel, good for one night. Staff is very friendly, room was very basic and a bit smelly, but clean and ok for one night. Breakfast is good at the corner restaurant when you leave the hotel on your left.

They were really helpful in getting us a different room since my mom can't walk that far. Don't be fooled by the exterior the interior of the rooms is A1.

Nice room but could have used a kettle. They have complimentary late check out if you ask. They let you store your bags there which is good. Nice pool and not too far from public beach access.

Location was great. Near alot of restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy (walgreens). Service at the hotel was great. Room kinda small but we just slept there.

Booked last minute for one night. It had a parking lot, but they charge extra each night ($30 I think), but since we were just staying the night they waived that. Also, the room had an interesting odor to it that gave us a headache. No idea what they use to clean but it was like concentrated bleach mixed with concentrated lemon pledge. Other than that, it got the job done. Bed was fine, shower was hot, toilet worked. It's close to the beach too. I would recommend this if you are on a budget for a night or two, but not a "vacation hotel."

The rooms are a little empty and there are no coffee makers. Other than that, staff is helpful, polite, they have good energy and this place is near the beach, restaurants, bars, pharmacies etc. The strip is maybe 15 minutes away. I enjoyed my stay here. Room rates are great. I most likely will be returning this August.

Location is great, Desk agent was nice & helpful, room was okay. IT IS a motel, This is Not the motel/hotel you choose for amenities or luxuries. It worked for us because we got to Miami at midnight and were leaving for a cruise the next day. Do not go here expecting greatness because you will be disappointed.

good hotel for beating the competitions prices. room is sufficient for short vacation needs. conveniently located near the beach; surrounded by restaurants and stores along collins ave. hotel staff was friendly but front desk could be a little more attentive to detail (i wasnt notified that a call came for me while I was staying in my room). I would stay there again for vacationing for a short time.

The hotel was OK. Clean enough, but sparse. Amenities were minimal. Bed was decently comfortable, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. I don't recommend going out at night in that neighborhood.

Great price. Wasn't expecting anything but when I got there got a free upgrade. At first I didn't think that the $15 a day parking wouldn't be necessary but it was very clutch. Very responsive and friendly front desk. Let me even check out at 1pm. Great location. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the air conditioning unit. They really need to clean them or update them. When it blows it makes the room super smoggy and stuffy. but all in all I would definitely stay here again.
