We were so lucky to have found this place!! They were so helpful and literally had everything we needed. Super cool private area right by the beach! They supplied us with games and stuff to use at the beach it was perfect. Had a great stay and can't wait to come back!

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff and right on the beach. There is so much to do around the hotel. The hotel is clean and has a great atmosphere about it! I will definitely be staying here again.

Our stay at Villa Sinclair was excellent. We will definitely stay there again and would recommend to my family and friends anytime, the owners are very friendly, and make sure the place is kept very clean inside and out, they offered pineapple, beach chairs, free bikes, and many extras included in our stay.
Beautiful spacious beach suites, with fully equipped kitchen, the lounge area offered plenty of privacy to relax after the sun, day beds, showers, sauna, hot tub, cabanas.
Villa Sinclair is just steps away from the beach and broad walk, and has everything needed nearby, family and couples friendly, with plenty of attention to details, we love Hollywood beach, and the best place to stay is definitely Villa Sinclair.

Very laid back and private. It's close enough to the big without the high traffic is being directly on the boardwalk. Hughes is a nice man who runs the place. Very nice.

If you are on a budget and want to spend a vacation close to the beach this will work. The rooms are outdated and you don't have any views to speak of but the rooms are clean and quaint and fully stocked with chargeable items. There is a price list available. This is a mom-and-pop owner-occupied and operated business with only 5 rooms for guests. They have a list of free items that they offer but if you're on a budget read it carefully and be careful because after you go home you could receive a bill for things that you never expected. For example the website says free beach towels but then on the price list it says they charge a dollar a day per towel. On the website it says children under 12 are free but when we got home we got charged $10 a day for the extra bed and an extra $30 for the extra sheets for the 5 nights we stayed. The property although very old is comfortable there is a hot tub and a fire pit and a barbecue or two, there's a sauna, bicycles are available. One problem well worth mentioning is the parking situation. if the owner tells you you can park in the driveway make sure that he has your keys because it's a single-lane driveway one car behind the other, you're either pinned in or you're pinning somebody in. one night we had to Uber to dinner because we were pinned in and the other day we were accused of causing his guests to miss their flight because we had them pinned in however the owner doesn't have a system where he asks for your keys. One last note is that on the day before checkout you will see an envelope in your room with suggested gratuities for the maid service however the maid is actually the owner and although it's expected it's not customary for owners to request a gratuity and the maid service is not daily. We did not want daily maid service it wasn't necessary we kept everything spotless we found it spotless and we left it spotless. we did need a change of towels and the trash to be taken out on occasion. We left a gratuity because it was expected but we thought that was odd that it was requested.

Worst motel ever. Never reserve this motel the rooms are nasty smell horrible and the AC dosent work, the beds have bedbugs. The owner is the rudest man i have meet in my life. After checking out they bill you for even your breath at the motel. There are many hidden fees. Dont stay here.

Didn't start out well but after talking to owner he took care of what was stressing us the most. Never had such clean smelling linens and room. Very nice.Owner obviously wants to cover everything. Everthing you could need is supplied in the rooms. Some things have fees which are itemize on a sheet but it can be overwhelming which can be frustrating but we finally figured things out and are having a great time.

The suite is spacious and clean. There are 2 bedrooms in it with a couch bed in the living room. The living room and each bedroom has its own airconditioner. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans which come in handy for people that like to cook. Dishwasher detergent is provided free of charge, but they charge for a roll of paper towels. Right outside of the back door is an enclosed yard that has a sauna, hot tub and plenty of chairs to lounge around. There are toys provided if children are present, and each unit comes with free bike remtals.

What a unique little villa! Tastefully arranged and very well kept. Complimentary champagne by the fire on Friday nights, movies outside, sauna, jacuzzi outdoors, bikes for rent, great ownership! Come there once and you'll remember it forever!
