Well, Not exactly the ritz- butseriously cheap, liked that. Approved of the room I got, it had a kitchenette. Must say it was dirty, not clean, found crumbs on the floor by the bed, the bathroom sink had like 20 cigarette burns on it and there was something sticky all over the toilet seat. Opened up the bureau drawer and found needle caps, as well as finding pieces of "chore boy" all over the floor. There was no blanket, just a nasty lightweight bedspread. The front desk employees were rude, had attitude, not friendly and just bitchy people period.

We ended up leaving without staying, after seeing the rooms, and after talking to manager and his family.
After viewing this place online, and speaking on the phone with them, we thought this place was just a quaint older motel that was probably clean, just older looking, but it was not.
We would not have stayed there if it were free. They do not take reservations, no refunds if you pay weekly. Worst of all, it was filthy!!! The carpet did not go all the way to walls, carpet taped with black duct tape. This was the first place we've ever actually checked for bedbugs. Sheets appeared clean, but matress pad had lots of cigarette burns, hair, and looked disgusting. Many cigarette burns on carpets, furniture. Carved names on furniture, and all pieces falling apart. Walls had uncovered pipes, microwave filthy, carpet looked like it had never been vacuumed. No baseboards, open areas near corners, the "cooking suite" consisted of two old damaged burners and a sink. Shower and curtain disgusting. Curtains looked like old hand towels. Under bed was filthy, they had the matresses and box springs encased, but were filthy. My husband assumed the heater did not work since it looked so old, it put out a little heat, not enough, lukewarm.
We looked at 2 different rooms. On top of all that, part of the managing family, a husband, wife, and their son came into the 2nd room we were looking at and tried to talk us into staying. They had looked inside our car parked by the office, had a concern about our cats! Ten dollars per cat per day. They wanted $370 plus $20 extra per day for cats, which is $510 per week! No way! Our cats' litter box is cleaner than any part of that room, not exaggerating here, I would have never let my cats lay on that filthy carpet. We can't understand how this place can be allowed to operate! The rooms were literally one step away from needing demolished. Like I said, we would not have stayed there for free.
You can stay at the La Quinta in Milford for less.

Cheap motel, and they've been updating the rooms slowly but getting a little better.
