Came to the office to grab some breakfast put the key beside my phone and had to get a new key
I am the only guest in the room
The guy at the front desk refused to make me a key unless i proved who i was
Now let me remind you I had my key..
He even called security lmao what a prick
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE FOOLS

The only reason I gave this dump a 2 was because of the proximity to the airport and price. However, this place is horrible. When we walked into the room, there was this terrible stench. It was made worse by the urine smell coming from the A.C. unit. Of course they had no other rooms available for our needs so we had to endure it; thank goodness it was only for that night. Fast forward to the morning, there was no hot water in the shower. I mean, I get it, it's a hotel with many people so that sometimes happens, but this was at 7am on a Saturday! I was at least expecting some lukewarm water, but it was ice cold. Budget hotel equals sub par standards in cleanliness, service and decor..Will never stay again.

Don't STAY HERE shower knobs falling off in the shower while you trying to get in and take a shower room looks old and stains all on the wall I had enter the room spraying and cleaning find something better with your money

Horrible place please don't stay here unless you have no other choice. Dirty place could not sleep cause of fear of bugs. 1st room smelled like garbage giant bug in tube. Gave me another room it still looked old and was sticky had to clean it myself and they couldn't find cleaning spray. Wish I would have seen room before they charged my card. In middle of night strong urine smell in room for no reason. Horrible place!!!! Not like other super 8's

Okay hotel. Room wasn't too bad. Nice big bed. The house keeping are ridiculously annoying!! They will knock on your room door 100000 times and have different people repeatedly try to come into your room. I've had to yell at them for the past 5 days of staying here. I put the "Do not disturb" sign on the door handle and they took it down and kept it. Wouldn't stay here again.

Run by an Indian family, the skinny one of the two brothers runs the desk, very good guy, organized, clean, etc., but I think he has PTSD or something so it's important to talk to him softly and slowly and not do anything that could be potentially upsetting to him like sudden movements or anything that goes against hotel rules. The other brother, the shuttle driver, is nice too, helped his brother so check in would go smoothly. The room was fine, no problems.

Never again. It is convenient to the airport, which I needed. The room smelled. There are no wash clothes. There is an ironing board but no iron. I didn't pack toiletries because normally hotels have them. Had to go out to a store.

The room had a musty smell when we arrived. We got rid of it after a few hours​ of running the A/C. It would have been better if they'd left the fan running before we arrived. The bathroom had been recently renovated with new tile, but the grout was dirty already. The room are kind of run down, but at least it's inexpensive.

No, no, and no. I confirmed my shuttle reservation twice, and both times was assured everything would be fine. The time came, and they said the shuttle wouldn't be going for 2 hours. I had to jump in my car and race off to the airport, and barely made my flight. If you need to make a flight, don't trust these guys.

My husband, 4 year old son and 1 year old daughter stayed here. not only are the carpets disgusting and also turned socks and feet black WE FOUND A USED HYPODERMIC NEEDLE IN OUR TOILET PAPER ROLL! Also WAY TO MUCH DRUG ACTIVITY IN THIS PLACE! Would not EVER recommend staying here unless you want drugs or used needles!

Rooms are in fair condition, but definitely showing age. But they appear to be in the process of remodeling. Staff was very nice. All in all, decent place to stay
