This review is for Ariel at Cole Haan. Worst customer service ever I've received. You really do need to learn customer service as you lack that this Monday morning. Why can't you hold a jacket for me until the end of the day? Seems ridiculous that other Cole Haan stores can but you can't because "there's just one jacket left" and we can't hold it for 24 hourswell Ariel if you listened to what I said, I ask to hold until the end of the day NOT 24 hours. I'm a long time Cole Haan customer and looks like Cole Haan just lost a customer just because the company fail to train their employees.
