Cool little inside outside cafe on North Canyon Dr PS
Their soups are delicious and handmade. Corn, pepper is delicious. All their salads are over the top. It’s a good stop for lunch. Not to be missed.

The poppers in a serape were the highlight of the dinner. Everything was subpar. I love Mexican food, so I can be a little critical. But the flour tortillas were almost like a mission brand tortilla, the beans were like they were out of a can. They were in top of refills of my lemonade and they were friendly, which was a little redeeming.

Just the best people! The food and drinks are amazing but the people and atmosphere is what brings me back again and again. Love this place. Try the Seafood Salad with Mango vinaigrette, with a Margarita, of course

Beautiful and cozy patio with all the lights! The margarita was very strong which I didn't like but I'm sure most people would appreciate. Helpful and friendly staff.

Had some really good chicken burrito here. I shared it because we were both not super hungry. My husband said it was tasty compared to other bland Mexican we often get. Nice patio and great service.

I live out of the area and needed to set up a dinner for a team party of 23, when we were in town for a big event. Blue Coyote Grill had a separate room that was perfect! Then a number of parents wanted to eat, too, so I called and they were able to set up a separate table for the parents. The restaurant worked with me throughout the process, and were helpful & flexible. It's a great place to have a gathering!!! The food was good! Everyone found something they enjoyed--even all the teenagers. The only thing they asked of us (and they mentioned it during our 1st conversation) was could we keep it to a single bill, or maybe just a couple? We just had everyone bring cash so we could work out our own amounts and pay one bill for each table. Thank you very much Blue Coyote Grill!!!
