Gave opinion on ring was buying pvt sale. Friendly. Eager to please. They hv some quality pieces, but pricey, of course. Beautifully displayed. Staff seemed knowledgeable. They do custom designs.

Tim Rampenthal was very professional and thorough. He took his time to explain in detail everything about my coworkers ring. Tim is very passionate about his work and it shows in his customer service. He cleaned both our rings before we left. I would definitely recommend stopping in to Clodius & Co. I took some gold jewelry to them several months ago, their magic # seems to be $500 plus but a store credit would of been over $800. Two yesrs ago they did the same thing, (stupid me). Last week I took a gold chain and medallion to them, I was quoted $207, but prior to going there I went to Soto's Jewelry store just 15 min b4 and they quoted me $302 for the same piece of jewelry, which proved my suspicions that I got screwed several months agosmh

took my plat diamond watch to them for repair took for ever at least 2 to 3 months they shipped it germany to be repaired, I took it to a jeweler to have them use a diamond tester on it and guess what they traded my diamonds for white sapphires and zircon , i'm really pissed probably how they moved and its been in a bank vault so noone could have done it but them , i was right their both times when checked for diamonds i guess i should have keep that part and just gave them the guts of the watch at least i would still have my old mined diamonds that was worth so much , going to another jeweler for to have tested again 2 is better then one then i'm reporting this

My client bought a 1700 dollar watch she had used layaway to purchase it she had put it on layaway in 2013. She never missed a payment and she had paid it off in 2016 and tried to return it. They wouldn't return it even though she never wore it never taken it out of the store before asking to return it and still refused to refund her.
