After I bought dryer that went out after 3 months he came and looked at both washer and dryer. Fixed dryer then I was gonna go in to buy the only one they had clean and ready told her on my way. She ask customer as I'm standing behind them were you the one that called. He said no then she goes oh someone was coming to look at it. He goes I'll take it she says ok I'll ring you up. Then says can I help u and I'm thinking to myself ahh yea I'm the guy just said i was on my way. Needless to say I just left after bad experience with dryer anyway

Mike and his wife Kelly are both very knowledgeable with appliances, parts and repairs. I have called the store to ask about repairs and they have helped me with advice and parts. When I couldn't fix something myself mike has come out for a service call and taken care of it. Very reasonable and reliable. I have also purchased used washers and dryers from them and have been very pleased.
