they cleaned my woodburner..and I was completely impressed. I have had other companies come and clean and they do not even compare to Advanced chimney. The guy took apart the WHOLE woodburner and cleaner each part.

I have used Advanced Chimney Systems in the past and would continue to use then in the future. I had additional questions for my technician Jay. Jay informed me on all my options, he took pictures and emailed them to me on the spot. If something is not needed they will tell you, nice to have an honest and professional opinion. My chimney will likely need repairs in the future and I will call Advanced Chimney Systems again.

I had such a fantastic experience with this company. I called them for a cracked b-vent in December of 2016 they repaired the following Monday. I had more water problem in march of 2017 so i called them again to check. They were really courteous and checked on it. It turned out to be a different vent needed to be sealed. They sealed all vents and took pictures of it no cost!! They definitely went above and beyond. They took time to explain everything to be. The whole team was so awesome. I would highly recommend this. Company. Thank you to heather and james for their amazing work. I would give 6 stars if i could.

Be prepared to be charged for an estimate. I had a guy out to look at my defunct chimney. It ended up being $85 bucks for him to come out, all I wanted was a conversion from Gas to Fire. Ended up coming back with more then I wanted to spend. Oh well still looking

I'm disappointed with the lack of follow through in my request to measure for exterior fireplace doors. On May 11, 2015, I picked up an order for a PTO30=NG1 Burner with Steel sides and brushed stainless panels that cost $2,050.

Once the masonry was completed on the Exterior fireplace, I called Advanced Chimney System and expressed an interest in exterior two (2) fireplace doors. The Person (Man) said he would contact someone who would call me to set up a meeting. I also mentioned that I was interested in another PTO-30 burner. No one responded with a phone call as a courtesy. I followed up on August 17 and the man said he would contact someone again to call me and set up an appointment. And, I asked him if I needed to wait two additional weeks for the follow up. He simply said he would call him now and he would get back to me shortly.

Well, today is August 27 and I called and talked to a lady about my previous query. she acknowledge that her records showed my call on August 1 and she would let Dave (owner) know that I called again. I simply thanked her but said I would appreciate if she would just give him the message, how disappointed I was on the lack of follow through. I will contact someone else to service my needs.

As a business person myself, I know how important it is to communicate to a customer. Obviously, Advanced Chimney didn't recognize that fundamental courtesy in my case.

FIVE STAR operation! What a breath of fresh air to not only have the service man (Jay) show up on time but be courteous and HONEST!!! We scheduled a chimney cleaning and inspection but ended up not needing a cleaning. Jay checked the top of the chimney, and recommended maintenance but did not pressure me as he said it would likely be okay until next season. (While he was up on our roof, he asked for a push broom and swept out my overflowing gutters too!! What a kind gesture!!!) Upon request, Jay gave me options for our inefficient furnace that would allow us to use an alternative to gas. Cant wait to work with this family owned business in the future. True professionals that go above and beyond.
