I have just a couple of pants and 3 shirts and they told me they have a minimum of $12.00.
Not very professional costumer service and the prices outrageous won't be coming back.

If I could give negative stars I would
I made a visit here today and had horrible experience with an older lady that works there. All I had to do is one load for a dryer because mine at home broke and I have to go to business trip in the morning, because it was 8 pm she did not let me even though your hours say till 9 with a disclaimer for last load at 7:30 assumption for time to be done for wash and dry by 9, but I am not doing a wash so it shouldn't matter; all I needed was half an hourthere were plenty of empty dryers. Her attitude about this was just unacceptable, this is the worst customer service I have received in Rockford. Please consider who you have representing your company. Very very dissatisfied, never again will I consider coming here while this lady still works at this place.

One of the nicest laundromat I've ever been to. Everything is very well kept and clean. All machines are in working order.

I love going to this facility, but only when Liz is working. She is friendly, helpful, loving, and always smiling.
Beware of the mean old white haired woman who works on Sunday nights however! She is extremely rude, acts as if she hates her job, and the customers. She will stand behind the door and just STARE at the customers as if she is an evil prison warden waiting for someone to make a false move. A group of us stopped going on certain days just because of her! She's especially mean and impatient with foreigners. It's sad, I was there one day and she was asked for change. She was upset as usual, stomping her feet and rolling her eyes at the poor man who could barely speak English and slapped his money on the desk. Just rude.
ADVICE TO OWNERS: Get rid of the witch, and all review will be 5 stars! You'll see!response / report this review
