Nice campground 1 hour from either coast. Nice heated pool, clean restrooms, and excellent staff. Awesome golf course a few miles down the road with VERY reasonable greens fees. Walmart just down the street. It is pretty quiet and low key, but an occasional sugar cane train goes by. It is the middle of sugar cane country, and the sugar cane fields stretch for miles and miles all around. There are some good "secret" fishing holes nearby that the regulars frequent. The regulars meet for coffee every morning in front of the office and they have a propane bon fire there for chilly mornings. Good backroads to ride on if you have a mountain bike, but they are probably a little rough if you ride a skinny tired bike. There are a couple restaurants nearby one has a nice bar and some mild entertainment on some evenings.

Owners are nice, place is neet.
5min from walmart. Restrooms are clean. Is quiet , now then a train wistle.
Location , nothing to do . unless you enjoy fishing .no cinemas, no malls, not many activitiesresponse / report this review -

Owners are very nice people. Always working keping the place organized.
Pros. Bathrooms are clean. Next to wallmart . near boat ramp. Trash is picked from front lawn.
Quiet , once in a while train horn.
Cons. letter comiunication Not used.
Burning sugar canes all arround , can't open the windows to enjoy the breeze.
At night to many bugs mosquitos ( even seen them spraying the property at night fall) and Flyen Asian roaches. Yes Flyen roaches everywere.
No place to cook BBQ.
Pool not warm. Itchy pool. Fiberglass is coming off the pool walls. To much $ for montly stay + electricity 😮
Not much to do besides fishing on the lake.
No cable .
No Wiffi.
No dogie bags.
Doggie park is just gated section . with no toys or activies .response / report this review -

I love this place so much. I have stayed here twice and we have on the calander a third visit. The staff is magnificent, and the place is clean and safe. I would recommend it for fishing, boating or just a fun family trip. It's pet friendly, and our doggy had a blast. I would choose this camp ground over any other one on lake O, you will love it. :)

I've had my camper here for year and a half the office manager Lisa is a big help and they're accommodating , I am now employed here and enjoying my job she makes A pleasant place to work .
