  My friends & I drive 22 miles one way every other weekend for mani & pedi appointments at La'Mer - the nail techs here are AMAZING!

  I used to love this place. The way they do my nails is awesome, believe me I love it!
  
  In the beginning, they always charged me for something that I didn't get, I always had to complain. (I didn't pay attention to this because I love their work); But recently, I realized that in the price list they have one price but they have been charging me $5 to $15 more. So, it you go be aware of what they are charging.

  Very disappointed, I received a gel full set. All of my nails broke down the middle, causing severe pain. The nails were stuck to my skin. The nail tech put on the tips incorrectly. They need quality nail techs that can properly do gel nails. I received coffin shape. Terrible job. The manager need to send her staff to a gel nails course for professional development. Not only am I disappointed, but my nails are in pain. They could also work on their attitude. Not great customer service. The manager is pretty nice. She needs to get her staff in order. Very beautiful place but not quality service.

  The Place is beautiful and clean, the technician are Half an Half, meaning some good and some bad (Ana is terrific !), the front desk is a disaster, the owner/manager is by far the worst she can be: rude, un-apologetic and simply disgusting.

  The salon is big, clean and the customer service is great!! Sonny is the best, does my gel mani and pedi just like I like it!!

  Best place ever , all the staff are great
  I get my nails done with Hanna
  Sweetest lady ever, very professional
  She takes her time and pay attention to every details on your nails.
  LOVE EVERYONE IN THAT PLACE

  I'm a total jerk and forgot exactly how long a mani/pedi takes and I ended up keeping them an extra 30 min past close. If anyone was annoyed by it it didn't show (not that I recommend going late because hey don't be rude like me). Everyone from the front desk to my nail tech, Hannah, showed the utmost professionalism and were incredibly nice as well. I don't think a requirement of a nail tech is having to listen to your boring monotonous life stories but Hannah was pleasant to talk to and listened to mine so that was just an added bonus. All around so happy with this place, my service, and my nails.
