I brought my 1999 Jeep Wrangler into Bill Tyson's and dealt with Mike who was very knowledgeable and pleasant. They performed an initial diagnosis, got things running, then gave me a list of items they recommended be fixed and explained why. I went ahead with all their recommendations. Very good experience. Thanks!

I have been to Bill Tyson's Garage, Wellington location several times. What kept me coming back is this business's endless pursuit to professionalism. This makes me happy, because this leaves little room for error. The waiting room is very comfortable, the rates are very reasonable. Mike, the Manager, always knows the answer to my questions. He is very knowledgable. If he doesn't know the answer, he finds out the answer and never fails to let me know, usually very quickly. I am happy to bring my vehicles to Bill Tyson's Wellington Garage.

Undoubtedly the best spot for auto maintenance and repair. I've been there for minor oil changes as well as more extensive work. I have always been promptly greeted by Mike and have been more than satisfied with the service here. Highly recommend

Outstanding service, trustworthy, and very fair price! I have been bringing my 2014 Honda Accord and 2007 Lexus RX350 to Bill's shop for the last three years. I recently had problem with my Lexus and the dealership was not very helpful with two nuisance items (left brake light and tire pressure warning light). Bill's mechanic found the problem with the left tail light (loose connection) and said it was such an easy fix, no charge. I know that's not the norm but it showed me how they treat their customers. Straight up talk with no BS. The other nuisance issue with my tire pressure warning light which was explained to me and we both decided it was a luxury item and not worth the cost of replacing all the dead tire pressure sensors. Another example of doing the right thing with your customer. I will always use Bill Tyson because of the way they do business and treat their customers. Rob O

These guys are great, especially Bill and Mike. The dealership wasn't able to help me out and wanted to charge me $160 just to look at my car. Bill told me to bring my car in, and they looked at it free of charge. They found out exactly what was wrong with my car and were extremely thorough in explaining the issue. I am so happy that I decided to go to them. They are the only people in Wellington you want working on your car!

I have been taking our vehicles to Bill Tyson's for several years and have come to rely on their solid, reputable approach from estimates to their exceptional quality of work. If you don't need it, they won't try to sell it to you. Plus I like the fact that they educate me on the stuff that I don't know

Went to your Wellington location and saw Mike about some work I was told I needed by the BMW dealer. Come to find out my brakes have 4-5 mm still remaining front and rear. And the oil leak they said I had was from them not cleaning up after they did the oil change! The guys did point out a few maintance items that the dealer didn't mention. I will set up something when I have more time. I'd like to thank the guys at Bill Tysons for there Honesty We and my family will be customers for life

NO STARS.
DO NOT LIKE the rude man in the office.
He NEEDS to be fired! HE IS SEXIST and intimidated me. I felt uncomfortable talking to him and he tried over charging me because I am a little female.
We came in for a tune up, oil change, new brakes and fluids. We dropped off our car when they opened at 8. We were 3rd to be helped and it took them until closing to barely complete the oil change and they did not even call us to say the car was ready ALL DAY LONG!
They did not give us new brakes.
They broke our oil cap and the belts squeak now. The check engine light comes on and something whistles now when we turn the car on. THERE ARE A FEW MORE QUAMS I HAVE HOWEVER I AM DONE COMPLAINING.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO ANY OTHER BUSINESS THAN BILL TYSON.response / report this review
