Don't waste your time here, just go to Mullinax. My new car had concealed damage, and the whole buying process was as miserable as you'd expect. A lot of "mathematical errors" throughout the process = playing games with the prices. My last 3 new Ford's came from Mullinax, in and out, no games, painless. I made the mistake of buying one here. Never again. :(

I've been going to Al Packer Ford West(Royal Palm Beach) for many years. I always deal with Gus he's always on the ball. He will answer all my questions and if he does not know he will find the answer for me. He follows up to be sure that I'm a one hundred percent satisfied with the results. I had been working with 5 different Ford dealerships in 3 different states. Needless to say after almost 2 months of research, I found Al Packer Ford. I would recommend any and all looking to make a vehicle purchase to call and speak to Ivan or Mark. The entire process was seamless, easy, organized, and affordable. My wife visited the Dealership to inquire about her lease. She asked if Mark was there and was informed that he was at lunch. When she looked around Glenn Dunn waved to her and she went over to see him.
He made her feel very comfortable and we went back that Saturday
and purchased a 2017 Escape and leased a 2017 Focus. The service

Nobile Adili went above and beyond to help my wife and I decide which Ford SUV model we liked best and then provide us with the vehicle of the color, features and options that we really wanted. We are enjoying our new Escape and are very happy we chose Al Packer. Also, all of the staff we dealt with were very courteous and professional.

Although the situation of having my transmission having to be replaced just 6 months shy of pay off, I would only consider purchasing another Ford because of the quality of care I received from Gus, the service agent.

In my years of car ownership I have not had as positive an experience as this when my vehicle required service or repair.

I have years of management and leadership experience and am sometimes amazed how many companies don't meet the mark on customer service. Simple formula - hire good people, treat them well, set clear expectations, make sure they have the tools and direction they need, and then hold them accountable.

Obviously Gus was a great hire! Thank you for the excellent service.

Hopefully you're company values your performance.

But, honestly, what has brought us back to this dealership time after time (after time) is the superior and professional staff that work there. Could use some help with communication skills. My older father bought a 1-year old car here in January. One tiny part was broken. We were assured at the time of purchase a new one would be ordered. Great. Or maybe no. I have made 6 calls on behalf of my father about this piece and EVERY time I call no one has ever heard of me, my dad or the part request. My dad has also emailed and called about 5 times prior to me getting involved. They assure me they will call me back and order it. Nothing. I call again and start all over. Today, my seventh call on April 12th they have the part. 4 months is a bit crazy and never returning a call, ever, seems in poor taste.
