  I am a faithful and loyal customer of this location since 2010. Stephanie Formica is a talented, patient, knowledgeable, and caring colorist. She's professional and works to make sure her guests are taken care of well. I recently had Andrew style my hair. Although he's new to Pyure and relatively new in this field, he was precise, listened and reviewed with me what I wanted to do with my hair, and went about providing one of the better hair cuts/styles I've had in a while. The overall experience every time is why I've stayed so long. Two things I suggest for changes include updating the decor of the store and do something different with what is provided for TV viewing in the salon waiting area. I highly recommend this salon!

  Pyure Salon is the best. You have amazing, talented stylists and colorists at all different price points, excellent customer service, and the place is gorgeous. I think this is the best deal as you not only get a great haircut/color, but you get a 15min shampoo/massage before you even get your hair done and that is included in the price. My salon for life.

  MISINFORMED ABOUT PRICE - AND THEY WOULD NOT TAKE OFF CHARGE FOR A CONDITIONER ADDED THAT NOBODY TOLD ME ABOUT!

  I have been a customer of Pyure for many years and just recently moved to Wellington. My experiences were always good. I used to look forward to spending time at the salon, but not at this location. What a shame! The once relaxing day at the salon has turned into a whole day affair sitting on a couch sipping lemon water and watching the same thing over and over on the Television in the "waiting" area. When i say whole day, I mean three to four hours just to get my highlights, color and cut. That is a bit extreme don't you think? My last experience was a disaster! I went in two weeks ago just to get a quick bang trim because I was attending my niece and nephews graduation. My bangs were very long and I like to "swoop" them to the side and she cut them in such a rush I barely had time to adjust myself in the chair. Now my bangs are so short, above my eyebrows and I am so embarrassed to style my hair! They are uneven and it looks like my four year old got a hold of scissors and cut my hair! I'm pissed! Before she cut I showed her a picture of me with my bangs the length that I would like them.I should of known, when she barely looked at the picture and seemed more interested in getting me out of her chair asap! The woman that cut my hair apparently has been at the Wellington location since they opened so she is supposed to be one of the more experienced stylists! This just sucks! as I sit here with my baseball hat on waiting for my bangs to grow back!

  Absolutely horrible. I have been a long time customer of Pyure and I cannot believe how bad my hair cut is. I am truly disappointed. I was scheduled with Julie because my usual stylist had no availability. I gave specific instructions for my hair cut (I want to keep my length just freshen up my layers because they are grown out). The stylist seemed confident and I admired her hair so I felt comfortable for her to cut mine. I was so wrong. She cut my hair so badly that I am so unhappy, I cannot wear it down because of how the layers look. I explained to her that my hair is very straight so I need my layers to flow. Now I understand why she curled my ends at the end of my visit so that I could not see the choppy cut she gave me. ALL of my layers are disconnected and do not flow, it literally looks like a 2 year old took some scissors to the back of my head. Pyure should not allow inexperienced people to cut or color hair there as the services are not cheap.

  Love this place! Really professional team, also really enjoy going just for shampoos. Kayla Brooke always does her absolute best giving her guests the royal treatment. I always make sure she is working before I go in! Great job!

  I have lived in Wellington for 16 years. I love PYURE salon. From the people who greet you when you walk in the door to the person that shampoos your hair, first rate care and service. My color, Has never looked better nor my hair healthier. The cuts are fabulous and the bang trims are only five dollars. If you can't make it for a massage or facial this week, don't worry your incredible shampoo and pampering will make you feel brand-new. Their prices are a little more because of the special products they use. In the long run , The best salon I have ever used therefore I've been a client for at least as long as the salon has been open. The best part is that even if your particular stylist is unavailable which is rare , all the haircutters and stylists are incredibly talented as well as the colorists.
