Usually a decent hotel for the price but the nights we were staying they failed to tell us there was 12 hour scheduled room renovation literally next door to our room which promptly woke us up at 8am on a Saturday and the nonstop drilling and banging kept us up all day. Tried to get them to switch our room but all they offered was a breakfast buffet coupon. Not worth the loss of sleep.

Very nice and updated rooms. I always enjoy my stay here. The location is very close to the freeway and many places to shop and get quick bites.

Very nice hotel. The staff was wonderful and helpful at check-in. They even gave my husband a late check-out as he was not attending the symposium with me. The food served at the symposium I attended was healthy and tasty with plenty of food and beverages for everyone. The room was clean and comfortable with a mini fridge and wonderful smelling toiletries. The only complaint I had was the mattress was well worn and needed to be replaced. It was very lumpy and I didn't sleep well at night. Other than that, I love Marriott hotels. This one is right off the freeway, easy to find, and near lots of restaurants and shopping. Hopefully they are updating their mattresses and there will be a more comfortable bed the next time I visit.

This place has a lot of potential. It's always very busy. The real issue is that it simply doesn't feel clean. The hallways are always dirty. The rooms don't appear to be cleaned well. I stay here very regularly and it never seems to get better. There are issues with the room being properly stocked on longer visits.

Nice hotel with lots of restaurants around it. Breakfast in the morning was great and the hotel seemed up to date. The beds are very comfortable and rooms are clean. The hotel staff was friendly and the internet speeds where decent.

I like staying at Marriott hotels because the quality is consistent from place to place. Room was spacious and clean and bed super comfy. My only problem was that my phone refused to connect to the wifi because of a 'security issue.' I had no problem connecting through my computer. Love that wifi is included. Also, parking spots readily available and there were several restaurants within walking distance. I would stay there again if needed. Only gave 4 stars because price felt high.

Let me start by saying the beds are super comfortable and showers have good water pressure and hot water. The staff are super friendly and happy to help. Despite a mix up with my reservation I was taken care of promptly and was in a room in no time at all. Parking is ample and your close to highway to get to where you need to go.

When I got into bed, even with the AC turned on, the bed felt damp. We stayed on the 2nd floor in 2 queen rooms. One room was close to the elevator and the other just a few doors down. Elevator noise did not bother us at all. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Pool, while short at only 5 feet, was still a nice amenity. Missing was a Whirlpool or jacuzzi. As we stayed in July, this was not a real deal breaker. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

I was here for a business meeting. I was extremely impressed with the employees. They were really kind and satisfied all our needs. The food they served her was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business meetings.

Here for a church conference and appreciate that this hotel is very accommodating and in such a convenient location with so many places to eat within walking distance. The room we were staying are right next to the elevator (convenient) but the bathroom was too tiny for both my husband and I to be in for there the same time (not so convenient).

This hotel is great! Everything is so nice and new. The staff are courteous and HAPPY. This is our second year in a row to have a church conference in this hotel and I hope we can continue to have it here!

Marriot hotel staff took great care of us, were well-organized, friendly yet firm enough that there were no disturbances to sleep at our recent hockey tournament stay. They provided a first floor team gathering room where we could relax and unwind, and even be a little boisterous yet not disturb other guests as well as a good, high pro-breakfast for the skaters.
Justin and other front desk personnel went out of their way to be friendly and take care of any requests or minor problems that came up.response / report this review -

We have stayed here several times and are always treated great! We would highly recommend. The staff is friendly and always go out of there way to make sure we have everything we need. The shuttle is great to back and forth to the Cleveland clinic.
