My husband & I had a great time here!! The hotel is clean, friendly staff, very helpful & it's in walking distance to the beach, shops & restaurants. And most of all the sunsets are magnificent - totally beautiful. So check out Clearwater Beach Hotel you will love it 😍❤

The rooms are cleaner than I expected. Great location. Major issue is the noise. All morning you can hear house keeping and the dragging of carts. You can hear everyone talking outside and the people above us. Not bad for the price. Around $50/night can't complain to much.

Stayed here for a wedding. The room was very simple. The beds were very nice and comfortable. The bathroom was very small and appeared to have mold on the ceiling. The night we arrived, our sheets had a stain, and after a very quick stop at the front desk, we got new, clean sheets. The pool was very clean and heated. Overall, a positive experience. Not a 4 star hotel, but good for a budget.

Was in town for a wedding at the Shephard beach resort which was very pricey. Found this Hotel and it was perfect. Staff was very nice. No problem parking at hotel, pool was great. Location location location was great. Close to all. Price was even better. Rooms very clean had microwave,mini frig and coffee what more do you need Will come back and recommend to all.

This place was nice and clean! Great price to be right across the street from the beach! No bugs! Which is something I always look for. Two clean pools. No breakfast but there is McDonalds or several yummy restaurants close and over on south beach side. I will be back! :)

You don't need a six-figure salary to get a good night's sleep in Clearwater Beach. This little gem of a hotel is perfect for single parents on a budget, those who want to take their families on vacation without spending a fortune on just their hotel, and those who don't need a water view, although some of their rooms do offer that. Everything is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The parking and WIFI are free as opposed to the hotel across the street that charges for everything, and, their guests have to walk the same distance to the beach as folks staying at Clearwater Beach Hotel. Face it, you're at the beach to be on the beach, not in a hotel room. We only needed a room for one night, but we recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very accommodating and very friendly. Will definitely stay there again. Always helpful and felt almost like family. Clean and maid service was awesome. Always come in to clean towels and sheets everyday. Pool was always clean and hotel is a rock throw from the beach.

My problem here is you can only have one car parked there at a time. My new wife and I met here for a beach stay and had to park our other car almost a full mile away and had to risk a possible tow. Other than that the floors were noticeably clean and the building is easy to navigate. The bed and restroom were spotless and looked like we were the rooms first guests. Which is uncommon from my other hotel stays.

The room was clean and large. However rather cheaply appointed. The location was perfect walking distance to the beach and to many bars and restaurants. There are two properties this review is of the smaller building across the street from the main building. Checkin occurs at the main building. Free parking with permit from desk. If you arrive early before check in you can park the desk will give you a pass to park and walk to beach.

Hotel was dirty and super small.When I got in my room there was a puddle on the floor, wet footprints everywhere, and you couldn't walk on the floor barefoot or you'd get dirt all over your feet. The desk staff was rude, although the maids were very nice. It is NOT close to a beach AT ALL! Even though advertised as "near the beach" you have to drive 20 miles to get to a beach that actually allows people on it. Also, if you want to find a quiet hotel, this is not the one to pick. In the two nights I was there I got maybe 3 hours of sleep combined. The hotel is right next to busy and noisy traffic that doesn't stop and night and you'll most likely have neighbors up late walking down the balcony screaming.

Easy check in. Nice room. Beautiful view. Just a short walk to the beach. The floors are tile, but it makes sense to me since it's next to the beach (you don't want set carpets). The bed is comfortable but you could use an actual blanket. You get a mini fridge. Water pressure is good. The airconditioner was super loud and the outlets are hidden behind things. We ended up wanting to book another night and had to switch rooms. It was still 45 minutes until check out and the housekeeping lady told us to "hurry" and "leave". The other room looks identical though. For the price, it's great. I do recommend the top floor though.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were okay, but they are a good fit if you're going in and out from a beach all day. Beds aren't overly comfortable but the location is great!! Try the ice cream next door though :D
