Made an appointment for medical card 3:40pm
Was running late like 10-15 minutes
Called them before I left Vancouver to make sure they would still take me they said they would,
When I got there they said they can’t take me,
Why tell me you will take me and then don’t.?

A family member uses them regularly for court-mandated UA's. While the office is rarely busy, the staff can take up to an hour to conduct a routine UA. Providers there have expressed feeling overworked and understaffed and often appear overwhelmed or exasperated.
UA's are $80 a visit.

Cleanfleet has to be the most incompetent business ever. I have had nothing but negative experiences with them. They order a UA for me while I am on the road as a truck driver set up a location for me to go, knowing that I am driving a tractor-trailer and tell me they have a large parking lot. When I arrive there is no parking lot nor any place to park and the clinic has not received any information or authorization from cleanfleet. The following week the same thing happens and this time when the clinic calls for a fax, the person said that the people who fax are at lunch (10:30 AM) but that she will try to fax it. As if the fax machine is really difficult to work. I could go on and on, but the point is they are ridiculous. Mind you I drive 48 states and deal with many difficult people and agencies but this place tops the chart.
