Not what we expected from a local long time processor. They seemed annoyed and reserved at answering my questions as a first time buyer. Cuts don't seem consistent with conventional methods. Will reassess this review after unpackaging the rest of the quarter beef.

I have had 4 pigs butchered here. They do a great job. It all comes out just as ordered. They are prompt and professional.

I run a small meat business and in the late fall our normal butcher was all booked up so we came here. There was a reason these guys had openings. The first order we got was packaged wrong and not in boxes. There was about 2000 lbs in meat so you can imagine how fun that was boxing it ourselves. The second order was about 800 lbs that was supposed to be in one lb packages and hand wrapped. I'm pretty sure my 5 year old could have done a better job. To top the whole experience off when one of our employees called in to check on the order he was placed on "hold" but the secretary did not hit the right button. Our employee then listened to about 2 minutes of how they hated working with us and we were such pains in the you know what. I guess they don't have people hold them accountable to what they say they are going to do very often because that is all we did. We wanted what we ordered. To sum it all up I hate that we had to give them our hard earned money because they obviously did not want it according to the secretary and it cost us because we were embarrassed at the product and sold it cheap to get rid of it. Worst Customer service ever. Go anywhere else.

Local businesses are best because you know who you are dealing with and who you will deal with in the future. Circle V has three generations working at the family business. Good service, nice people.
The meat is always fresh, well cut, and high quality. The meat is locally sourced and I only buy meat there.response / report this review
