David and heather you don't know good foodI have ate there even ate an event they catered didnt have food ready on time and nothing had any taste over priced I can make beans from a can at home .food trucks are to move around hence being a 🚚 if u want a restaurant get one and a new cook
Food trucks move so I say to you folks that dont like what I have said that is fine but its the truth check out the facebook for others that dislike.. taco bills taco truck all the way!!!!!
S s is not worth the price or the wait its a food truck shouldnt be a wait

I saw tge 1 star review and have to say that person is wrong the food is amazing the people are friendly and i would eat there alot more if it was closer to me but i live in eylsburg now

I don't usually write reviews for anything, but when I saw the 1 star rating posted by someone who obviously never ate at Saucy Sam's, I had to do one. The food here is awesome! The Saucy Piggy is delicious, and the fresh made pork rinds are always a winner. And there are no words for the Mongolian Steak Skewers besides perfection. My favorite has to be the Tacodillas though. There is just so much flavor, and it's something you can't find anywhere else. The staff has always been polite and courteous, even letting me wait in my car and delivering it to my window when the food was ready on a particularly cold and windy day. Some may say it's too expensive, or they could be quicker, but when you are getting food this good, it is worth it.
